The location is near historic old west towns of Tombstone and Bisbee and many great birding sites and the fall leaves in Ramsey Canyon. There is even a nature trail on site and the scaled quail were fun to watch. James was the camp host. He was great and took care of the camp and campers needs in a timely manner and always with a smile. We weren’t there while they were holding any events in the rec hall but it was a great space with lots of activities available. We found it far enough from the roads to be be very quiet. We chose a pull through site and it was easy in and out. And, the sunsets were amazing. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at The Desert Oasis during the Bisbee 1000. Although we weren't there long enough to take advantage of all of the amenities, the owner, James, was very friendly and helpful, and the clubhouse looked wonderful. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and we will be back! Thank you for your service, James! Loved your campground!

This is a very special campground. If you are in the Bisbee area and need a spot, this is your place. Just a few miles from town. Very quiet. Beautiful views. The hosts are warm, friendly, and helpful. The clubhouse is a fantastic hang out space. Nice restrooms and shower. Very clean. The water tastes good as well. We will be back for sure!

Had a wonderful 3 night stay in the JayCo...my dog loved it as well. A friend joined us 1 night, staying in the cactus cabin and thought it was just perfect. We lucked out with a Full moon, not to mention great sunsets and sunrises! It's close to Bisbee, Coronado National Monument, Douglas and the Chiricahuas. Serene and peaceful and everyone was friendly but not intrusive. James, the owner, was nice, helpful and always responded to messages. I would definitely stay here again

A calm and relaxing campground that is less than 20 mins from Old Town Bisbee and less than 20 mins from the Whitewater Draw Wildlife area. My family and I had a hard time finding a space that would be able to accommodate our travel trailer for the weekend and the Owner James and his wife were super helpful and made us feel very welcomed. My young kids enjoyed the rec room which has tons of books, movies, games, a pool table, and ping pong table. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The entire community that is here seems like good spirited people. There is also a two mile nature walk in the area, and it's very quite at night - not too much noise from the road. We felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend this place for those visiting in the area.

We were initially booked to camp in our RV for a week and ended up staying almost four months. The hosts are very welcoming and take really good care of the property. The clubhouse was a fun place to hangout and meet other travelers. Pool tables, ping pong, extensive library and washer/dryers. There are great walking trails, southern Arizona flora and fauna and great views. Close to bisbee, Douglas with Sierra Vista being a little farther away but still close enough to grab groceries etc. Lots to do around, farmers markets, local breweries, good restaurants and great hiking all around. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.
