Blue Lotus was a perfect 4 night getaway for our family of 12. The layout of 5 bedrooms with king beds for our tall family, the well equipped kitchen and outdoor fire place and large patios and lap pool were highlights. Given we had unusual cold rainy weather the living areas were spacious for indoor gathering as well. The home was well appointed. All in all highly recommend this home!

The owner was there supervising a maintenance issue when we arrived. She could not have been more friendly and helpful. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. We were 4 adult women and it was perfect, clean and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were amazing! The entire rental and check in process was seamless. Great vacation.

The “Martini Modern” rental house represented by this Company is NOT Luxury. I rented it for a month. Very disappointed by the lack of attention to detail by Desert Luxury Rentals. There was a lack of general upkeep, chipped paint on walls, dirty carpeting in bedrooms that also needed stretched, excess stuff everywhere. Drawers and cabinets full of items that should be stored elsewhere, full garbage bags of old bedding in closets, cleaning equipment and supplies stuffed in corner next to door from garage into house, old chair and excess items all over the garage. Lack of necessary items. I had to purchase cleaning supplies, toilet cleaning brushes, sponges, glass cleaner, sink cleaner etc. I had to purchase wine and Margarita glasses for the kitchen. There were 8 pool lounge chairs with only 4 cushions. Minimal pool floats etc, I had to purchase others. In addition to above, one of the water heaters was leaking water out of its closet into the entry of the Primary bedroom. It had to be replaced during my stay as well as the toilet in the Master bedroom was leaking from the bottom seal causing an awful odor and that needed to be re-set as well. All of this inconveniencing me and my guests. This is not even mentioning the old ratty pool towels for use and the terrible linens provided for the bedrooms. A Luxury Rental should never have Polyester sheets let alone mixed with cotton sheets on the beds. I will say when I brought up these items to the staff at Desert Luxury Rentals they were responsive and corrected them. My issue is that a Luxury Rentals should not have all of these issues that the renter has to deal with during their stay. After leaving the house, I submitted receipts for reimbursement for items that I purchased to the Company and requested consideration for all of the issues I had encountered. No one will return my emails or calls, so it appears the Company does not care once you leave the property. Please see attached photos.

The house was in a very convenient location and had more space than I expected. Very comfortable, close to hiking trails as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Everything functioned well. Plenty of kitchen items. Comfortable beds. The pool/hut tub area was very private and worked great every single day. Management responded to a few small issues upon move-in, then we were set for the month. This house is 3 bedrooms but felt bigger and easily accommodated our family for work and leisure. Nice quiet neighborhood but very convenient for all activities in the area. We've stayed in the area a few times, and we liked this location more than others, and the house was so comfortable we'd certainly return. Plenty of hot water. Internet worked well throughout the property.

The Roxy Palm Springs property is beautiful and centrally located, close to various venues and the airport. It has a generous amount of space and fun things to do on-site (mini-golf, pool, spa, pool table). I was very impressed by the pleasant communication and speedy support for a couple minor issues (mainly, turning the heat up on the spa). One of my favorite VRBO stays. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the area and the gated community as we like to go for walks in the morning. The beautiful home had all the right amenities and was very spacious. It was luxurious, peaceful and calming. The kids had a great time playing in the game room and in the backyard swimming in the pool and relaxing in the sauna. The staff was very accomodating and the owner allowed us to use his Christmas tree. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great extended getaway at The Banana Cabana, which is a fun and well-appointed property. The owners and hosts were friendly and responsive—we had a few minor issues, which were addressed right away. Great communication and a very comfortable stay. Recommended.

Beautiful and spacious property with a fantastic back patio and pool. The house was close to lots of restaurants but it was hard to leave we were so happy lounging near the pool. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable, plenty of storage and loads of bathrooms. Great stay!
