My friend who lives in Descanso took me here, and it was everything he promised... delicious, excellent service by Debbie, and very reasonably priced!! I indulged and ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. It was every bit as good as I had growing up in Texas! We will definitely be visiting this stop everytime I'm out to see him from now on... highly recommend!

The staff is excellent and the food is okay. Stop here if it's on your route but don't go out of your way for it. It's very standard diner serving classic Americana.

Omg this place is awesome. This is my first time, and I am so happy (food makes me happy). The food is delicious, and Texas size portions, yes, the plates are big. The people are great. I am coming back for sure.

We came after a hike at three sisters fall. The service was great, the burgers were so big and delicious. We also had pie and it was amazing. Great place, would definitely repeat.

Breakfast was great. Large portions, perfectly cooked items. The breakfast sausage was the best part.
Service was good, a little quirky, but good.
The atmosphere was rustic, air-conditioned, and flies... Could do without the flies.
