Very dark room. - overslept. Could use a night light in bathroom. definitely need to upgrade the complimentary lounge - also add a few table and chairs. The continental breakfast was very average.

Courteous staff, clean hotel, and a great room. Wonderful pillows, lots of them. The bathroom even has an automatic exhaust fan, which is a real nice feature other hotels in the area do not offer. Some areas for improvement are the a/c unit. The fan only had one setting "HIGH" like an airplane taking off. Other hotels offer different fans speeds, which is appreciated. Most hotel offer a complimentary breakfast. The Delta was a pay as you go cafe. Recommend they update that to the standard in other comparable hotels. For the price of the hotel breakfast, we had a better meal at a nearby restaurant.

Pros: Acceptably clean, nice building, good pillows, quality shampoo, etc. and nice shower. Cons: hard bed, bare minimum towels and in-room coffee (you have to pay for coffee in lobby restaurant), TV frustrating because the guide never loads. Did not use pools.

Incredible and beautiful hotel. Incredible rooms and incredible pool inside and big. The restaurant is absolutely great and many options. They may have the best bartender in the country and Kim is as amazing at they come. Always goes the extra mile!

Friday night went ok. Saturday night was HORRIBLE! Kids running down the hall until about 2am. Kids in the room next to mine banging on the wall. Kids in the room above stomping on the floor. 6am can hear the washing machine knocking on the wall. Fire alarm went off (guessing from all these same kids) so froze outside in shorts and no fire department. It was the absolute worst stay I have ever been on. Now I got very little sleep and get to drive states away. Ate dinner at the on-site restaurant which was pricey but I expected that. Food wasn't great. The thing I didn't expect is they automatically add a 20% tip onto the bill. Unlike most hotels Delta does not off a free breakfast. They call it a buffet that is $13 a person. There was pretty much what you would find at your free continental breakfasts. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Acceptably clean room, nice shower, good pillows, nice building and quality shampoo, etc. Cons are hard bed, no free coffee in lobby and bare minimum supplies for in-room coffee, bare minimum towels.

Dining is not as advertised. They advertise room service as an amenity (with no disclaimers), and that was the reason this hotel was chosen. Once there, I called the number for room service as advertised on their TV. I was told “I don’t do room service, we don’t have the staff for that, we are understaffed just like everyone else.” So, they falsely advertised on two different platforms. Also, when I requested a cocktail menu I was told “we don’t have the ingredients for half of the stuff on the menu.” She then said “I’m not even going to bring one out here.” I asked if room service would be an option for breakfast. I was told “no” and then she went over the dining staff’s schedule with me and said it was not an option due to being understaffed. Again, this is why this hotel was chosen because other hotels around this area do not (falsely) advertise this amenity. I did speak with the manager and she did compensate me for the inconvenience.

I stayed in the presidential suite. Supposedly the nicest room there. There was water damage on the ceiling and mold that shot out of the jacuzzi jets when I turned them on. Otherwise the room was pretty clean. The jacuzzi is in the bedroom right next to the bed and faucet has a constant drip. I noticed this leak/drip before I ever turned on the water and it was hours before I turned on the water. The drip never stopped. You can hear the drip of water constantly. I put a towel under it to stop the noise so I could sleep.

This hotel has potential but until they properly staff it, I would not spend my money here. Expectations were high, but in reality they are not what they advertise.

This was probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The room and bathroom was clean and very nice.However there's a closet in the room where the furnace is and it sounded like a mechanic was in the room all night. The noises were really loud metal clanking noises that you couldn't ignore. So no sleep for me. They also didn't mention breakfast wasn't included so I paid $50 for cold food. We were on the 2nd floor and apparently someone smoked pot all night, so the smell seeped into the room and we had to smell that all night. So the room was great, the stay not so much.
