These are the type of torn up tacos you get at this place...be cautious especially if you go thru drive-thru. Also, check your bag for missing hot sauce and napkins even though you asked for it. I'm sure owners response will have me calling a number bla bla bla! Maybe manager intervention and quality control is needed in lieu of a phone call.

I went through their drive thru around 8 pm. The girl was very friendly. When I got to the window and paid, they had me park in front. I decided to go in since I needed to stretch my legs. When I got in, I noticed they were making the orders fresh when the food was ordered. My food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The restaurant was very clean and the 3 people on shift were all very nice. I will definitely make the 7 mile trek from my apartment to their location again.

Was traveling through a couple of months ago. We no longer eat at our local Del Taco. It was shut down due to health violations. We were so excited to get to eat at one again. The drive thru employee was so mean. He took our drink orders down wrong. When he tried to hand them to me, I said I'm so sorry but those aren't our drinks. Instead of just asking what we wanted, he threw a fit 😥 I was upset that he was blaming us for misunderstanding our drink order. The manager got involved and said just give her the correct drinks. My Epic Grilled Chicken burrito was inedible. The chicken was really dry. I pulled out of the parking lot just sad. My hubby and I work really hard for our money. We just won't be going to Del Taco anywhere anymore. It was a bit order. We have a bigger family.

Del Taco is the same everywhere, only the buildings and employees are different. Right off the freeway convenience is excellent. The service was on the good side of ok. The odor in the building was terrible, smelled like swamp gas to me. The biggest problem with any restaurant is how your customers respect your establishment, theirs don't. The graffiti in the restrooms and the obvious damage done makes this a stop I won't make again, although not because of the food or employees.

Absolutely NOBODY else in the drive through line behind me. They asked me to pull around front and wait. Why? I know. To manipulate their drive through times. Absolute joke. Own your times rather than manipulating them for corporate office's. Plus, not a fan of not being able to see my fast food being made. Thankfully I only eat fast food a few times a year at most.

The cashier didn't know about our gift card bonus money, the tables needed cleaning and the onions were way over priced. We got charged 70 cents for them on 2 burritos. That is the price of a whole onion. For two pinches of onion, that seems quite hi. The dining room was very cold. Also it looked kind of creepy when one employee was scratching the back of another employee in front of customers.

Clean dining area. Quick service provided by pleasant staff. Bathroom (male) could be cleaner. Relatively easy off-highway access. Have visited many times during trips to and from the valley. Recommended.
