Booked three days. Was unable to check in the first day and sent an email to their contact address. Went the next day and they said they had canceled. Received no notice of cancellation, no phone calls, nothing. Was told by front desk to speak to the manager. Asked the managers name. Person refused to give it to me after asking several times and they walked away. Shameful. Good news is I booked a much better place down the road.

Tried to get a refund for the two days I didn't stay and they refused. This place is a ripoff and, judging from the other reviews, a roach-infested dump. Stay far away from this place.

I have never seen such a bad place in my life. I had booked for 2 nights but we didn't stay because of the very bad smell when we opened the door. We asked for our money back but they didn't give it back and we didn't stay because of that bad smell. Thank God we were able to find another place. This accommodation is not for humans.

This is not what I thought. I booked a hotel to rest and my night was horrible with the noise of people with loud music playing all night long. This hotel looked like a motel. The furniture was old and the TV didn't work. The service at the reception was rude and extremely unpleasant. I will never go back to this place. I simply wanted to cancel my reservation at 10 pm because I couldn't stand the noise. I complained at the reception and they simply told me that there was nothing they could do because everyone has the money to do whatever they want in the rooms. Anyway, I don't recommend this place for anyone who wants to arrive from a trip and rest.

BEWAREEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❌❌❌

I came, deposited $50 for the first night and after the third night, they said that I never gave them a $50 deposit. I gave them the date and everything of when I came in and they said they haven’t received a $50 deposit from me at all even though it’s required to get a motel room which makes no sense. Never coming back here again just to get scammed out of a $50 deposit.

Pretty sketchy motel, doesn't feel safe, doesn't feel clean. Room is very old, moldy. Go elsewhere.

In the beginning the room look nice and neat. But Once it got dark , roaches started crawling from the ceiling and the wall. One of them fell from the ceiling to the bed. Also , when the TV was turned on many roaches started to come out from there. I wouldn’t recommended unless you like roaches.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Faux hardwood flooring with matching bedspread and curtains are a nice touch. Pictures are true to the look of the room. All the amenities mentioned were included and everything worked in the room! Very comfortable bed with clean bedding. Large flat screen TV and A/C worked great. Separate walk-in closet was spacious for luggage and hanging clothes. The area also included a tall refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. |The bathroom was clean and a good size with modern fixtures in perfect working order. The shower head was especially nice with never ending hot water! |The motel is very generous with it's complimentary amenities; Two bottled waters, soap, shampoo, TP, towels, tea and coffee.|Convenient, safe parking outside our door. The motel is quiet and secure. The receptionist and all the employees were very pleasant. Our booking quote was honored to the last penny. No surprises except good ones! The location is great. Just off the I-405 a few minutes from the airport and 30 minutes to Beverly Hills and Hollywood. |Overall, everything we can say about the Del Aire Motel is positive. The Motel is not a luxurious hotel, but more importantly it is a clean, well-run motel. Everything worked! The Del Aire is one of the best options we've experienced at this price range. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the Del Aire if you're looking for an inexpensive stay in L.A.|

The service is ok? They're are on their jobs but the rooms are small and there is always roaches? The price is too high and the pillows and sheets and stuff are old? Thumbs down from me?
