This place is a joke. Booked last min on a site that had it higher stars. Made for fun adventure we survived on our girls night away. Looked forward to the hot tub but no it closed no notice when booking. The front desk lady had her husband working there blaring music. People loud out in the halls at 3am. The tv barely worked and the beds were lop sided. We didn’t even think about doing the breakfast they offer. Only good thing was it was close to pretty much all things we planned.

The inside pictures on their website are absolutely not of this hotel. The outside is like it, but the window on the right looks new, but the shade is all broken up. That should have been our first clue. I would never recommended this hotel to ANYONE. It is a total disaster inside. Really bad frayed carpet, bad smell, ants crawling in window ledge, tv controls had to be found by the manager on duty. Bathroom sink had no stopper, so we had to use the one wash rag we had to cover it. The only reason we stayed on after switching rooms was because of Nikki the front desk clerk. She went over and above to try to make us comfortable.

These people accused me of smoking in the room and I hadn't. I had accidentally forgotten my Marijuana pipe in my room and they automatically said I smoked . The housekeeper had accused me of this. I find it hilarious they claimed i had smoked in the room when the smoke "detector " never went off! Then they claimed i had refused to leave when in fact my friends son is autistic and was having a fit. J had called the front desk to inform them and paid the $25.00 fee.

In addition, they charged my card and not hers. She gets reimbursed for the stay while I do not. I told them this and they ignored it. I was in a homeless position and they literally took the money I needed to survive. Im a disabled veteran and had not idea how these people lie for profit. I even noted that they were going through being bought, to give them the benefit of the doubt and come clean. It never happened.

I need you to understand this location is very shady. At the end of a cul de sac that homeless hangout, across from a sex shop, and have had on going presence of bed bugs!

We had a family emergincy and my sister booked this hotel from a third party site. We had two room across the hall from each other. My sister arrived first and went to go into the first room and it was very dirty. She went down stairs and had a staff member clean it and then went into the other room. I arrived around 1030 pm as I had a long drive. I went into my room and the room had a very foul poop smell. I walked across the hall to see my sister and talk for a moment. She told me the refrigerator and tv didn't work in her room so I went to check mine. Sure enough the remote had dead batteries and the refrigerator was broken. It was late so we stayed the night. We got up and went to check out the breakfast that was advertised and only bagles and muffins were available. I went back up stairs and my mom said her shower wasn't working so I checked mine. The faucet was falling off the wall but there was a
At least water. We decided to leave right away. I didnt mention the door on my sister's room didn't close without pushing on it hard as the closing mechanism screws were broken. When we went to check out they had the wrong room number so they could have had anyone walk in on us at anytime. The pool and hot tub was out of order as well. I would give this place a minus 5 star if I could but it isn't a option. Beware and run from this place it should be condemned!!!

Room was nice but it was a horrible experience only + was the quietness, weird smell in both rooms we paid for/hallway , one room had blood on sheets had it a moldy smell to the rooms , fridge didnt get cold ice bucket was dirty, they have false advertisement on the breakfast they only give bagels and bread / oatmeal or cereal smh!! breakfast didnt get out until 10:00am when it says 6!!! its just overly upsetting would never go back .

Let me first give advice to the owners. Post on your website that your pool and hotel is being remodeled. I called and asked if they had an indoor pool. The person said "yes" but failed to mention it was closed. Lying to people to get rooms filled is nothing but a scam. The TV didn't work. Kept freezing and was told there was nothing that could be done...strike 2..... THERE IS NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER BETWEEN 11PM AND 7 AM. What if there is an emergency? Seriously. Strike 3.... Luckily I carry my own protection and honestly felt like I may have needed to use it due to the 4 cop cars on-site during my arrival. This once was a decent hotel.

Do NOT stay here! I was given a room that was already occupied, then someone walked into my room in the middle of the night. THEN they stole all my things and put someone else in my room while I was out to dinner! Then the staff was MISSING all night. I stayed in my car. The next morning they couldn't find my reservation and said I needed to leave when I wanted them to return my stuff! WORST stay ever. They say they take safety seriously...what a joke!
And they won't return any of my things or the money I spent!

Would not stay at again. The staff were very friendly & tried to be helpful as they could. I booked two rooms- one had a whole in the wall by the door & stained sheets, plus a bathtub that didn’t work. My room had none of the lamps plugged in, no coffeemaker, no microwave & two of the lamps weren’t put all the way together either. Additionally, my bathtub did not work nor did the water ever get hot.
