First I want to thank the staff for their hospitality, especially Chris. In more than once, his recommendations on where to each really helped me out. Location was perfect for my needs. I enjoyed my stay for the greater part of over a week.||There were some things that could use some improvement. I was told they would change my linens every 3 days. They never came. Wasn't a big deal for me as i was solo and had plenty of towels. Would have been nice if I had trash emptied but did that myself at night when I returned. The rest of the issues had to do with other guests. Unfortunately some were louder than others and could hear them yelling in the hallways. Others decided to take multiple parking spots for a single vehicle and park up by the doors, which was annoying. I would have also felt better if there was more external lighting in that I wasn't too comfortable with the area in general in the dark.||Overall I would still recommend as most if not all my issues had to do with other guests over that of the location and staff.

I booked via expedia which claimed the ratings were "good"
I arrived at the hotel which is way more run down than the pictures. I took my kids to the room to use the bathroom before unloading the car and it was pretty gross. No toilet paper in the room and only 2 towels for 3 bed room with 5 guests. Went to the front desk to get some tp and got towels. and grabbed our stuff from the car. Upon putting our food in the fridge I found it was disgusting and had old food in it from before out check in! So I pulled back the covers to check the beds! I found hair and stains on the sheets. I went to the desk and was told they were full and couldn't move me and he would call the manger and then call me on how to proceed. In the meantime I messaged expedia I did not feel safe as it seemed shady and I was alone with my kids. He called and said they would change the sheets and clean the fridge. No refund and let me leave. Expedia said he didn't answer and tried again and he told them the manager said not refund and let me find another hotel. And the manager would talk to me on Monday. I could not afford another hotel so we had to stay.
Overnight the cars were so loud. People going in and out of room and a woman screaming while having sex. My kids were terrified.
Monday came and I checked out and the manager asked if I was told why no refund. I said no. She said I waited to long to ask. It wasn't even half an hour (it was less than 15 minutes from when I checked in to when I told him how gross the room was)
She finally agreed to one day refund.

We were in Spokane for a volleyball tournament and this is where our team needed to stay. It was fine & clean, but my personal preference would have been to stay somewhere with a better breakfast option since the girls needed to be ready to play at the Podium at 7:00am. The hotel could definitely use some upgrading, as I'm sure our room was a smoking room decades ago. Leaving the fan running 24/7 helped the smell a little. All the employees were very friendly and helpful when checking in/out or when I needed extra items (trash bag, towels, toilet paper), and my daughter looked forward to coming back to fresh cookies & popcorn after a long day of playing. 🙂

Had a lovely stay here. The location was great and very easy to get to Garland and Division. On main road but it was very quiet. Ample parking and many places to eat nearby.
The room was exactly what we needed. Basic but very spacious and the bed was comfy and clean. The full size fridge was great and the microwave was fine. Big desk which my husband used daily, so he was very happy with.
You have got to try the free cookies they put out every evening- they are the best! The breakfast was exactly what we needed and lots of coffee. Just help yourself to toast or delicious sausage & egg croissants or yoghurt. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. For saying how inexpensive it is you really do get a lovely big clean room and good facilities. I would recommend this place to anyone thanks for a lovely stay.

Clean. Good location. Good price. Good parking. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Fridge and microwave provided. Front desk friendly and helpful.i thought the breakfast provided was adequate. Frozen waffles jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. Just missing milk. Had yogurt and fruit and juice boxes. Many many restaurants nearby. For pizza I recommend Rita’s pizza. Really good.

As always, upon arrival the front desk greets me cheerfully and professionally As I wait for him to check me in, I am offered fresh chocolate cookie to pass the time. Im glad there wasn't much time or the cookies in the display case would have been devoured. The room was spacious and the bed was delightful. After a hot shower I ordered some food, watched some telly and relaxed. There were plenty of channels to keep me entertained. The ac/heater worked great as did the microwave and fridge. Those were nice to have in the room. I snuggled down between the sheets and the comfy pillows, the quiet wing I was in and the hot shower had me sawing logs in no time. The next morning, there was a nice little breakfast out and fresh coffee which I appreciated. This is me second time staying there and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Soon I will make it a third time.

We’re spending a few days here while in Spokane. The place is nice and clean, the employees at the desk were very nice and got us an extra blanket. Would have been more stars but their breakfast wasn’t very good at all. No warm food only like make your own waffles, some packs of instant oatmeal, wheat bread for toast, no bagels or muffins.

Edit - I will sleep in my car before I stay here.
Being booked right next to an emergency exit that bangs open and shut all night until about 3:00 a.m. due to the apparently transient people that frequent this hotel was a memorable experience. On top of the completely unremarkable experience, they kept $10 of my $50 deposit without explanation. This feels like they do this habitually, and hope people don't notice. This is one of the least pleasurable experiences I've had. I travel a few times a month for business and pleasure. This will be the last days inn I stay at.

There was several items and a lot of dirt and nastiness everywhere in the room that required any effort to reach to clean. There were several hairs and a fake eyelash in the bathtub. The sheets did not look like they had been changed, and the duvet absolutely smelled like it had not been washed in a month. In the bathroom on the ceiling, there was wonderful smoke stains reminiscent of days gone by. The front desk clerk looked like he was being held hostage, and had the charisma and hospitality of a wet toilet seat.

Old review - The hotel is reasonably priced and overall nice, but there are definitely better options in the area. The breakfast in the morning was underwhelming at best—not something to look forward to. The pool has been closed for so long that the "pool closed" sign is covered in dust. The sign states it’s closed until further notice, but when I asked the front desk, they mentioned it’s closed for renovations. Honestly, it feels more like a seasonal closure to save money during the winter. If you’re just looking for a basic, budget-friendly stay, it’s okay—but you might want to explore other nearby hotels for a better experience.
