The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The T.V. and the sofa bed could be upgraded. The staff were very polite and joyful. The young lady in the front was very helpful. I give Days Inn a 2 thumbs up. I found my new relaxation spot to rest and play 😉

The hotel is easy to access from the highway but the Continental breakfast is basically elementary school food, the customer service agent is ghetto and uninterested in helping when requesting a room because the bathroom light leaked water. Yes, you read that right. The light leaked water. Go to the motel 6 if you want to live. Seriously this is not what a Days Inn is supposed to be like.

It is what it purports to be, a cheap motel in a rough neighborhood. The rooms are always clean, especially compared to other nearby rooms. Unlike other cheap hotels in the area, I've never seen a cockroach here.
The tvs always have a little static, and sometimes they don't work at all, but the staff is always friendly and swaps the rooms for us.
My wife and I enjoy staying here on date nights, and we will continue to stay here. It's cheap, clean, central to the sacramento area and they are the only place we know of with smoking rooms.

So let me tell you, if you need a cheap place to stay, this is a good place for that. Especially if you book through Capital One through Expedia (12% cash back, better prices)

We are staying here because we are currently house hunting & the staff are all so nice & helpful. The rooms don't have a microwave & the TV is 720p, but we brought our own TV so that fixed that problem. The refrigerator has a small freezer area, & the fridge itself keeps everything very cold.

They offer smoking rooms, which is great if you want that.

When you're poor, the breakfast bar is pretty good even though the selection is just apples, pastries, coffee, & Hawaiian Punch packets. It saves you money & gives you sustenance.

They don't hassle you about needing new keys. The vending machines are less pricey than most other places I've stayed. Although, there is no little store for things like medicine. But stores are close by. It's a good location.

There is a microwave in the lobby.

The phone doesn't work, & the internet is free, but it is abysmally slow. But you can call the office easily with your own phone. & you can bring a Wi-Fi hotspot to remedy that.

The ice machine is on the 4th floor on the far end of the hotel. Not sure why it's in such an inconvenient location, but at least it works.

I've stayed in *much* worse places. The room is an adequate size. The shower is also adequate. The water heats up fast.

Like seriously, it's the bare necessities you need. If you are homeless, stay here. It's cheap. It has everything you need. The lobby will accept your Amazon packages. The people in the lobby are generous with pillows, blankets, coffee/creamer/sugar, soap, etc... & they have been super nice to us. It's a 2 star hotel with a 5 star staff & a 3 star room.

Robert Really made me SO Happy 😊 when he apologized for the room we were given (on the 3rd floor) when my husband and I arrived, the Black receptionist said it's a $150 Deposit! 😕 Robert even sweetened 🎂 the check-out by reassuring that my $150 deposit PLUS $52 would be put back on my credit 💳 card by 3 to 5 days!😊Wyndham app doesn't tell you about the $150 deposit when you make your reservation at that Days Inn and our room key didn't work because she forgot to activate them! We had to take the keys back down the elevator from the 3rd floor to get the Oriental Night Manager to activate our 2 keys and he nicely apologized and came up to make sure the keys work! 🤗Then when we got in the room the door lock was tampered with as if it had been broken into! The manager didn't stay to see it and I took pictures of the defective things that we didn't know about or she KNEW about so they would not blame us for and not give my $150 deposit back on my Government card!💳

Absolutely the worst customer service you could ever ask for. Went to check in with no one around, and she dismissed me to take lunch. Beyond rude and arrogant the whole time. Instead of dealing with someone who made me wait over an hour to get checked in. I took my buisness else where. If you can't handle a customer service job. Maybe don't work with people and clean toilets. 👍

BEWARE!!! This place should be condemned. Would do ZERO stars if it were an option. To start, there is no lobby. Just bullet proof glass walk up window. That should have been red flag #1. With no other place to stay, reluctantly spent the night at this place, which should be condemned. Pics attached and they dont even do it justice. As soon as you open the door, the smell slaps you in the face. Musty and smokey. Looking around, the lamp shade was eaten by God knows what. Same beast must have had the top blanket of the bed as a meal. The light above the sink had one bulb. No smoke detector (as TEE the GM of the hotel told me, "thank god there was no fire").Found it in a drawer. Had a random guy knock at my door at midnight trying to deliver food that I never ordered.
Tried to get a refund but was refused so my mission is to make sure anyone else thinking of staying at this, DO NOT DO IT.

I see people say that the rooms are out dated. And this hotel still hasn’t fix the issues that people are saying. I only stayed here because it was cheaper than all the hotel during Aftershock concert weekend. I mean prices were like $250 a night everywhere else . Anyway, the hotel room was dirty and blankets and sheets were old and burnt cigarettes hole all over the bed and curtains. The power outlets did not hold the plugs in the wall. They just fell out. The tv was small and the HDMI on back of tv didn’t work. Etc. I would not stay here again! I just stayed there because I had to and option were limited. It’s so sad that the hotel can’t afford to replace all the blankets!!! Wtf
