The staff is very nice and really helpful at check-in and check out. They send you a link where you can check out virtually and it’s very nice. The location is in an industrial area, which is kind of nice because it’s not in a bad area. There’s also security at night so you don’t have to worry about anybody breaking into your car. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I’m happy with the location because it’s close to a lot of shops and stores. The pool area is also nice too. Would def come back!

Dated hotel with reasonable prices and accommodations. We love the central location to North Orange County. The cleaning service is good with nice folks. Breakfast that was included in our reservation went from ok to one notch lower due to the fact that they’ve stopped serving any eggs, omelettes, bacon etc. now you only get waffle - cheap pastries - oatmeal etc.

The stay was excellent; however, some furniture in the room needs renovation or replacement. The cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast was very good, with everything clean and well-organized. I would like to express my compliments to the lady responsible for cleaning and hospitality during our stay. The staff member on duty on November 17th, 18th, and 19th did an exceptional job.Great location, with many shops and restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

I love staying here. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean. Plenty of stores around the area. If you don’t mind, a small drive away from Disneyland. This is definitely a great place to stay.

Captions don't work on the TVs. But the pool is super heated 😁 and there is a hot tub 🥰 9am to 9pm are the pool hours. Breakfast is from 6-9? but I haven't been there yet. So far so good! Bath towels are very luxurious soft!

This place had ample parking. However, the rooms, entrance, hallways are out of date and requires some renovations - carpets are worn out and dirty. Room: safe box was loose on the floor and didn't work. Didn't bother using it. Didn't feel it was safe to put valuable items.
Breakfast needed update with more choices. They only had bananas as fruit and it was done by an hour before the end of breakfast hours. Too short of breakfast. Who ends breakfast at Hotels by 9 am?.

The rooms are clean and the cleaning lady’s appear to work very hard. The front staff was easy to work with even with the guy I worked with being in training. He seems to be friendly and kind. The breakfast area was not bad but having some more proteins available to eat instead of all carbs would have been nice. There are some updates that need to be done as the age of the place shows but as mentioned before it smelled very clean in the common areas. The sleep times was disabled on my television and I like to fall asleep to the tv so it was disappointing. My family and extended family were all in town for a funeral and we took over the place. Nobody had any complaints. The landscaping was clean and the pool appeared to be in good shape. Overall I would stay here again and I encourage you to give it a shot.

This reasonably priced hotel had a good basic breakfast, was centrally-located and was in great repair. I felt safe. Many nearby places to eat....even more if you have a car. The room had a table and chairs to use for, food, computers or card games. Recommended.
