We stayed here 5 nights for a bluegrass festival and the hotel certainly met our expectations, especially for the price! We found it to be clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the room well appointed and comfortable. The large counter/ sink outside the bathroom was convenient and the housekeeping staff were super friendly. Whike there was no meat at breakfast, the coffee and waffles were very good and we didn't mind buying some breakfast meat to supplement our meal. We used the exercise room and that met our needs; the only thing I would suggest is maybe to add a few free weights. We were well pleased here; we travel a great deal and would stay here again.

The staff are wonderful . The rooms are clean and spacious and if u need anything all u have to do is ask if they can help they don’t mind to at all great place to stay it’s close to restaurants and stores to shop good parking and it’s quite there no noise at all from others staying there. I recommend anyone to stay there

Stayed one night on our way to Florida.
Price was fair and we were pleased with the accommodations. Nice and clean.
Room had some recent updates and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Smoke alarm was hanging from ceiling by the wires & kept going off at random times, there was a hole in the bathroom door looked like it had been punched, towels looked stained. We switched rooms, and 2nd room was only slightly better. Also, my husband went to the front desk and asked for a second mini shampoo, and they gave him a half empty bottle someone had already used out of.

First I want to say the gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and the bed was comfy, that’s the only positive things I can say about this hotel. We went for my Aunt’s funeral and booked 2 nights here so we didn’t have to drive back to Florida right after the funeral. We check in & I notice the lobby is under construction. There was tools and construction materials everywhere in the lobby. I asked about the breakfast and I was told no due to the construction. We went to go to our room and there was plastic lining the hallway that was all bunched up which was a fall hazard. The room was extremely small. The bathroom was very small and it just felt sticky in there. The sheets had a few stains on them. The coffee pot in the hotel was super old and you could only use the coffee they provided which is nasty. We had already paid for 2 nights so we had no choice but to stay because we couldn’t afford to pay for another hotel somewhere else. The outside of the hotel looks very wore down and not well maintained. Upon checkout, there was no one at the desk so I had to leave the keys behind the plexiglass so we wouldn’t be charged an extra fee for not returning the keys. The attendant was outside smoking so I told her we were checking out and where I left the keys. She never offered to give me a receipt or anything. She just said okay and continued to smoke. The fact that you advertise breakfast and it’s not served, especially in an area that is so secluded and still charge for it, is not okay.

The beds were comfortable, room was clean. The lady in am was very kind, beautiful smile every morning. The guy in evening , think his name charlie, very kind and helpful. Had small breakfast every am. Cereal, fruit, waffle maker etc. Small refrigerator and microwave.

Positive: It was super clean so clean I didn't even bother to check the sheets for bed bugs like I normally do. I was impressed especially with how clean the carpet was. Negative: Just the breakfast had waffle make cereal and all that stuff but no protein I don't know about you but I need eggs with my waffles. Negative: ""
