There was hair in the bed indicating sheets aren’t cleaned between guests. The toilet seat slides. The molding is falling off. The shower doesn’t get hot. The soap dispenser was broken. A lamp and power outlet failed to work. And, there’s no elevator. When notified of the toilet seat, management literally smiled and said “yes, they do that.” Just avoid.

Positive: The rooms and bathrooms were updated and comfortable. Negative: The AC was loud even though it didn?t work very well to cool the room. The lobby/hallway had a smell to it. Housekeeping didn?t empty trash or change linens.

Hotel with two floors and no elevator. Was not aware of this until checked in. Sheets are rough. Hallways stink of cigarettes. Housekeeping needs better training. Throwing so-called clean towels and rags on a shelf. "Clean rags" had lipstick lip prints all over them. Floors not swept or mopped. Breakfast was waffles and cereal.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Water doesn’t get hot. Room service is non existent honestly. Not sure if they even touched our room. Avoid this place. I call it a lesson learned for the future since we will be back for NASCAR just not going to stay here again

Very nice hotel with a decent breakfast and amenities. Ms. Brenda will make your stay as good as it can be. If she's not the manager she should be. She does everything, with a smile and dedication. She's the reason I'm a repeat guest.

Located conveniently off I 20 with gas and food nearby.

Positive: Beds were comfortable enough Negative: There is a BAD smell. It?s horrible it will make your eyes water. Had 2 nights rented but checked out after one day. Would rather sleep in my car than smell that place.

The rooms are newly updated and look a world different from the last time I was here 3 years ago. Very clean and very nice
