Stayed here a few times.
It's a very basic Motel. If you are looking for a place to stay and aren't looking for all the bells and whistles- this is the place.
Outdated rooms, but once again- just to sleep its fine.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Stores are close by. There's an awesome Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. And it's easy on and off the freeway.

The only main complaint: the Coffee was NOT good - in Room or at breakfast 🙁 I hope they get an excellent coffee - to go with their excellent venue!

Appreciated the welcome and availability of checking in earlier than scheduled. I came for a funeral and this adjustment helped me transition from a drive from Sacramento. The staff were professional and helpful. The room and all its services were great. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Front desk helped in providing some supplies that I needed. Great location and nearby bank and salon. Keep up the good work.

I stayed at the Lathrop location for about a week. I was very impressed with how clean and most importantly how NICE all staff were. My parents stayed at the tru by Hilton in Lathrop down the road, they were a few months newer and every staff member we encountered was very rude. Days, I have never had such politeness at any other hotel. Thank you. More money for a stay is not always better. Thank you. Room 118 stayed 5/6/24 - 5/13/14

When I checked in I told the young lady please I have two little girls and don't what a room that smelled like cigarettes she said none of the rooms are smoking rooms with an attitude she put me in room 211 and it smelled awful like cigarettes we won't be back

I stayed here for work. The rooms were very, very clean and the staff was great. Rachel was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. I will definitely stay here again of I'm in the area.

I had a reservation two weeks ago and have to say I’m very disappointed with the overall service from dealing with the front desk to the managers. My deposit was not returned as it should have been the cleaning crew notified the front desk that there was smoking inside the room, which I know for a fact we did not smoke inside their room. If we wanted to smoke, we would go outside on the side door, which I was a little disappointed when I asked, if they can review the camera so they can see we were smoking outside the door as proof. When we were getting our luggage, my boyfriend may have smell like smoke and we were right next to the door so maybe that’s why the cleaning crew thought there was smoke in the room, but I am an honest person and I have , been a customer and have referred plenty of family members to this hotel because it’s affordable close to our families house and very convenient. I left two messages and the front desk agent wasn’t very caring of my concerns of my deposit and left a message for a manager to call me back. after a few days of no phone call, I am called and spoke with the manager, and he was very unprofessional, and didn’t seem to care on my concerns, and how I was it adamant false reports. He did notify me that the cameras do not record or do anything so that also brought a safety issue that concerns me moving forward. The manager argued with me and said he will give me my deposit back but he’s putting me on a list so I can reserve a room there or any of their five locations in the area. I was so upset on how I was being treated and I am now being punished for some thing that was not any of my doing or me and Family. I still haven’t received my deposit and it’s just too bad local hotel management behaves in a certain manner as we are small community that is definitely growing and it is too bad. I am very discouraged on wanting to give my business to this hotel due to the hotel manager, being so unprofessional and rude not even having any consideration for a reason of me, needing to reserve a room due to a unforeseen personal situation and that the hassle of having to fight for my deposit.
