Had a great experience here. This was one of the least expensive places to stay around town. The staff was friendly and quick to help and answer questions. The outside of the hotel looks a bit run down but this is by far a place you cannot judge a book by its cover. The inside is clean and updated. My room 219 was spotless and clean. Beds and pillows were comfy and a nice size television was a good touch. This was a great budget option and would stay agian.

Upon arrival, was told that 1 of the rooms we booked wasn't available. Ok, We get a different room. Well that room had BUGS!!!!!
Woke up the next more with a bug bite on my foot. Thought it could've come from somewhere else so I kept the room. Next day, woke with a bite on my back. Again, could've been from somewhere else. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Next day, woke with 3 more bites. Checked out!!

I didn't expect to get a full refund but seriously! Maybe a bit more than the rest of the stay for the annoyance of needing to find a new hotel. And to say SORRY for your hotel having BUGS!!!

Update: So your answer to my review is that you spray for bugs. It obviously didn't work given I have proof all over my body. I still have the bites on me, that itch like crazy a week after checking out. I had to pay to see a doctor but your answer is that I come back and stay with you in the future!! I would rather stay in my vehicle. But thank you for such kind words. They touched my heart....

Oh Wyndham, why do you hurt me so...

I stayed here between 9/10-10/10 in room 208.

First impression, the hotel looks old and ran down. It's clear the outside hasn't been remodeled in quite some time. Inside was better, I was greeted by a friendly host, and check in was quick and painless.

I was given room 208, which upon entering looked...very nice. Very nice indeed. No holes in the walls, evenly painted, and very clean. Then, I went to the bathroom later for a shower.

All of the fixtures, aside from the sink and water spigot for the tub was loose, the shower head is disconnected from the wall. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles were also loose, only held on by the thin plastic veneer and not attached to the wall behind it. So I'd recommend you not bump into them or press to hard.

Although I didn't have to use it, this room is heated by baseboard heat, controlled by a thermostat on the wall. The heater itself has been painted over, and even though I turned the thermostat to a face melting 80 degrees, the baseboard heater did not respond. My prayers to anyone placed in this room when it actually gets very cold outside. Also, there is no in room coffee, something I had grown to expect from other hotels similar to this one. What a shame.

Breakfast was....present..I guess. To start your day off, you have an option of waffles, some fruit, or cereal and milk to start off your day. Personally,I had the raisen bran.

Despite the shiny coat of fresh paint and the cleanliness, this place needs some help. Were I not in a tractor trailer and required the truck parking available I probably wouldn't have chosen this to begin with, and honestly? I don't think I'll be choosing it again. For the price paid, there are better options.

If I could leave a 0 Star review. Horrible experience ever family got a hotel room since it was spring break and they kicked us out accusing us for smoking in room. When we were in only there for 2 hrs and was in the pool. Also don’t get me started on how uncomfortable it is to have a camera in pool room when there’s little kids around.

Excellent value for this hotel class! The staff truly cares about overall guest experience. Every request I had was handled in a timely manner, and staff were constantly cleaning and sanitizing common areas. Will certainly stay here again!

Heater turned all the way up didn't turn on. Man at front desk (owner) pushed door open and walked in our room. My daughter had just entered the room and shutting the door when he did this. We left in less than 2 hours of checking in.

Hotel was very clean and updated even though the building is older. Staff was not overly friendly. Would definately stay here again. Very good value!

We recently stayed at a days inn and suites in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. They were under construction so now when I call customer care to make a complaint they say they don’t have a days in at that location! My bank statement even says days inn. While we were there we got 2 rooms. They also charged us $50 per room in case we messed it up too much I guess. One room the ceiling was leaking bad! The sink sprayed all over us when we turned it on. The other room the sink did the same thing and there was mold on the curtains and no lock on the door.
I complained to the front desk they took the curtains out and put a lock on the door. But the man said he would reimburse me for one room. I never got that and we never got out $50 per room back either. We were there for one night and we cleaned up GOOD.
I have tried calling the hotel, it doesn’t even ring. I have tried calling customer care. They tell me they can’t do anything I have to call the hotel directly (yet I can’t cuz it doesn’t ring) and I have tried calling corporate and they don’t even answer their phones. Wyndham has the worst customer care around! I have like 5 different phone numbers i have been given and none of them can help me.
