Food left in microwave, dirty towel in closet, hair band in lampshade. Paint pealing of shower ceiling, killed ants in shower. Room didn’t smell good. We have stayed many time here but never again. Rooms have went down hill. Sheets felt like someone put salt or sand in them. Cable not the best working. I did have very nice girl help me at the desk when checking in. Said they would give me a deal when needed to extend my stay but didn’t. Better to pay more for better place.

My youngest son and I took a little trip to Charlestown West Virginia we didn't have any plans on staying the night but we decided to so we decided on Days inn I'm glad we did, this is a very nice hotel the rooms are updated and the rooms are affordable. The parking lot is very well lit up and the people are extremely nice. The room was updated the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I did enjoy that they have body wash shampoo and conditioner on the back wall of the shower, so if you don't bring your body wash shampoo or conditioner or you forget it at home no worries they already have it waiting for you. We checked in about 11:30 pm , the front desk Guy (John) was exceptionally nice and very polite he made us feel so welcomed . We definitely will be going back to stay here. The only issue I did find was in the bathroom the vent needs to be cleaned every time you turn the bathroom light on it would blow dust out of the vent which irritated my son's allergies but besides that little flaw I would 100% recommend this hotel. When I was dropping off the key cards in the morning I met the owner again extremely nice and very polite and made us feel very comfortable.

Positive: "" Negative: WiFi had no signal, could not use at all. Tv guide did not work. Toilet was clogged when we arrived and they made us come to desk to get a plunger to clear it ourselves.

My daughter and I went down to the Hollywood Casino to see a Skillet concert on June 28, 2024. I like the fact that it's convenient and it's right by the Hollywood Casino right on 340. It had a nice little breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, along with some pancakes, yogurt, muffins with cream cheese, and so on.
One thing I did want to point out is that if you are handicapped make sure you request the first floor room that is handicapped accessible. Some of the rooms on the first floors toward the back have steps. Everything seemed clean and it was perfect for an overnight stay. Any future concerts that we go to will definitely stay there.
They do have shuttle service to the casino which makes it nice!!!

VERY good breakfast.
TV HAVE VERY GOOD PICTURE ON THEM
TAKE YOU to the CASINO AND WILL bring you back to the hotel.

They WILL GIVE YOU A number TO CALL WHEN YOU ARE ready TO be picked up

The driver tena is VERY friendly and nice AND ASKED YOU ARE YOU comfortable.
I WILL STAY anytime.
