Room was decent. Very thin walls, you can hear other guests. Great shower pressure and hot water. No fridge.

Arrived late at night. Andrew was working the front desk and was very accommodating and knowledgeable about where to eat and what to do in the area. Excellent employee.He even signed us up for a rewards program! Clean rooms, safe environment friendly community. Great parking will definitely be back highly recommend.

“Disgusting Experience – Avoid at All Costs!”
I had the absolute misfortune of staying at this Days Inn, and I regret every second of it. First off, the room was infested with bedbugs. I woke up with bites all over and immediately regretted booking here. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they were rude and dismissive, offering no apology or resolution.

The service overall was horrendous. The front desk staff acted like any question or request was a personal inconvenience to them. They made it clear they didn’t care about the guests’ comfort or experience.

As for the amenities, the pool was an absolute nightmare. It was filthy—murky water with debris floating around. There was no way I was going to let myself, let alone my kids, get into that cesspool.

This place is a disaster. If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Days Inn should be ashamed to have their name on this property.

Clean and comfortable despite the dated look. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Eggs were cooked in oil and greasy. Only had apples so could have more selection of fruits. Waffles were good. Sausages okay too. Bathroom clean with good tasting water.

If I could put more than 5 stars for service, I would. From the moment of our arrival, Andrew was kind, courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was more the accommodating. It is so refreshing to have such friendly customer service, recommendations for places to eat. Andrew also helped us to our room with our luggage! I have never had that before, and I’ve been to a lot of hotels. Thank you Andrew for your kindness.

Facility is nice and clean with big rooms. It has microwave, fridge and good choice of TV channels. Breakfast had a good variety of option. Staff was friendly and accommodating the changes. Facility has a laundry service on premise. Zoo and other activities are close to this facility

Staff was outstanding, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than most. Clean, safe, and good price. Location in proximity to Sedona, National Historic sites, and other tourist areas was great.

The room was sufficient. The pillows need to be upgraded. The hot breakfast was not so good
Runny eggs, limp drippy bacon.
The help was very nice, however.
I would not stay on the 1st floor again. People upstairs were very noisy.
