We got checked in just fine and the room was clean so that's good.
We planned on using the hot tub but it was out of order which was irritating because the site said it was available never once did it say it wasn't.
We had no coffee pot but the front desk gave us on the way broke at the top and shoots water out the top while making hot water.
We got the coffee pot because we couldn't use the microwave because a piece was missing inside of it was burning the paper cup when trying to heat water in order to make coffee.thus creating a burn paper smell in the room.
When I explained this to the front desk and showed them the burnt cup all I got was..." Well maintenance doesn't come till 8pm and we will have them change it out" ....
This never happened.
I'm not happy with this property or the price we paid for a nice getaway as we came to relax and enjoy some time with friends because both nights a very loud humming noise was coming from the wall between the sofa bed wall and the office. Not sure what it was but neither did the front desk. Needless to say no relaxation could be obtained.
Definitely will be looking at other brands of hotels or is this a motel? Either way the reviews are miss leading or maybe they're pre generated or paid actors.
Also could you please specify the difference between breakfast and Continental breakfast.

My Large Family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights. 1st thing I got this hotel because they said that they had connecting rooms i didnt book on line because i wanted to talk to.someone and make sure that they were connecting. When we check in SURPRISE they don't have connecting rooms this was a huge inconvenience the rooms where next door to each other we had to split our kids apart and that was absolutely horrible!!! I also liked that in the pictures you could see that they had microwaves in each room and they also didn't they said they only have microwaves in rooms with one bed they don't have coffee makers unless you ask for them up front the elevator was horrible it was beyond slow and the 2nd one was broken. For some reason in one of the rooms the tv was mot woeking it was the internet only some of us where able to connect to the internet i have no idea why The parking lot wasn't great also the doors where bad you could see light through them and all the cold air could get in also side not if you are short there is no.way you can see through the peep whole im 5'4
Pros: the staff was nice they had the breakfast was OK they had cereal oatmeal apple and orange juice coffee muffins and toast with jelly , yogurt
It's 8mins away from disneyland
There is a target and dollar tree walking distance literally in the same shopping center there was alot of fast food places near by. Overall we get what we paid for we really just needed somewhere to sleep since we were at disney the whole day

Do not stay here if you have a service animal, they discriminate. We stayed here multiple times every time we stay here at the end they tell us that we didn’t notify them that we have a service animal even though we very clearly do. Try to extend our stay for a day and there were nothing but rude to us. The place is trash. Breakfast is stale cereal, and the rooms look like they’re from 1970. If you like being treated like garbage, definitely stay here.

My family and I stayed at Days Inn one night. The service was very good, the room was clean and beds comfortable, continental breakfast was not bad, and our overall experience was great! I recommend it to any one looking for a hotel that is not too expensive, but clean and comfortable.

I cannot complain. Staff was nice. My room was clean and comfortable. Always ask for the renovated rooms with no carpet...they are very clean and comfortable. I needed fresh towels and they got to me so quick with fresh ones. ive stayed multiple times at this property and never had an issues with bed bugs or dirty room etc....the staff is accommodating and great

We planned on staying three nights because it was very cheap for our family vacation. Around $250, which is not a bad price for a hotel. Although when we first entered the room, we noticed some small stains and the room was dirty. Small yellow splash spots on the wall very bottom, where the carpet and the wall meet there are cracks in it all over the room. Small little cracks and holes in the roof, very hot and smelt horrible when we first entered. Including poor service! However this is NOT the worse part, we have found bedbugs in our room, about two. We only left our backage in the room then left to eat, as we came back in an hour we sat for 10 minutes before finding one. So far one on the bed and another in the corner by the door, both dead, second bedbug was huge. Left before we found any more! I would put zero stars but to bad I can't!! Found a bite mark on my left hand before leaving to eat, thought it was a spider bite but not!! It's a bedbug. Do not recommend at all not even if the price is low nor if there are other 3-5 stars. Room looked NOTHING like pictures either. Check other low reviews, many other people experienced the same as us including bug bites as evidence! I do NOT recommend staying here for any kind of reason.

I would give it zero if that was an option, don’t come here. It was a cheap price but not worth the hassle. I waited two hours for check in and for denied because THEIR machine wasn’t working and I needed cash. Then I had to wait another hour after coming back with cash. While being checked in it took 30 min of copying and filing paper work just to get my key…. Horrible service horrible hotel horrible everything. The hotel rooms are not cleaned good and the location is very sketchy. I found cockroaches around the complex and inside the room. After asking for a refund because I was not going to stay here with roaches and these conditions they denied my request and kept my money. DONT COME HERE!! Worst hotel ever

One of the top 3 worst hotels i've ever stayed at in my life. Staff couldn't help me with what i needed, everything falling apart, pool/spa closed. Looks like management hasn't done anything in 5 years. Would not recommend. Any other 2 star hotel in the area would have been much better.
