After Thanksgiving dinner, we decided to celebrate my birthday at Dave & Buster’s since most places were closing early. It was my first time there, and I went with my two daughters. We were looking for a fun way to end the night and this place delivered! The arcade games were amazing, with a great variety to suit all our tastes, from racing games to interactive challenges. The energy of the place was nice, it was not crowded but everyone seemed to be enjoying.
The waiter was exceptionally nice and professional making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. At one point, a friendly lady approached us to take a picture of the three of us. Later, she came back with the photos and offered them for $20 each. We decided to buy one as a keepsake to remember this special occasion.
Overall, it was perfect way to cap off a day of Thanksgiving celebrations and make my birthday even more memorable. I’m so glad we choose Dave & Buster’s, and definitely we’ll be back for more fun

We had my brother and my husband's birthday party there. For the most part everything was pretty great. However we feel that the service could have been a little bit better. We waited an hour for food at one point and 30-40 minutes to get drinks at one point. We were in the back in one of the party rooms. With that being said our server was pretty amazing and I think that she could have been supported a little better by those around her. Also for such a large party it would have been nice to have a little more Direction when we first arrived. A lot of people didn't know exactly where to go. Plus the contact person that I spoke to did not tell me the answer to the proper door. Plus I have not heard back from that person since. However we definitely would return again. We'd just reserve tables and request to be sat together instead of how we did it ...

This was my kids and my first time ever going to a Dave and Buster's, and we were very disappointed in the service we got when we went to have dinner.
There were lots of empty tables but we still had to wait 30 minutes, ok whatever that's fine we will go play some games. We get notified that our table is ready, so head that way and get seated. I think we waited a good 20 minutes for someone to come attend us, but no one came until after my brother had to ask a guy there if we could get someone to attend us. Our waitress was nice and gave us good service but not the best.
We all ordered burgers, and they were good, but the fries were better. Everyone enjoyed their meal, but I personally feel like it could all just some more seasoning. It all tasted bland.
The next time we want to go to Dave's, I will have to make sure we eat something somewhere else first and just play the fun variety of games they have.

I love this place!, it’s very fun and colorful. The games and televisions are awesome! The food is actually ok, the customer service was great. Very positive atmosphere with everyone smiling. Definitely would come here again. I recommend this place for everyone.

It's a Saturday night so I am super surprised that the staff at th bar were so on top of service and had decent attitudes! Food was delicious and did not disappoint.

THE HUGE FAIL WAS at keeping the place clean. The trash can was overflowing when you enter for the entire 2 hours we were there no one emptied it and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING!

I really wish I could them zero stars. Their service (as most people have said already) sucks. It’s horrible. It’s terrible. My friends and I went there around 1Pm to watch the Eagles vs Packers game. It took the server (Emily) 20-25 minutes just to take our drink order. When we got there, there were two tables to our left abandoned but dirty dishes still on table. We left around 7pm, dirty dishes still on table. Our food order was taken hours after we had arrived. Once food order was placed, Emily brought our checks. Without even asking if we wanted another round. We all just looked at each other like what’s going on. So we asked her, can we order another round. Which we did. But when she brought drinks, our checks were again handed to us. It almost felt like all she wanted to do was take our tab before someone else cashes in on the tips. We were done with our food and our table was never cleared. We asked for water twice before she brought them out and never refilled once. In our section, Emily only had three tables to serve. One had couple folks, the other had four. And ours was 7. I’ve added pics to show the emptiness and how tables haven’t been cleared. Servers were chit chatting and walking around doing nothing.

One person in our party ordered nacho plate. They served him nacho chips and shredded cheese. Not even melted. And no chicken added. They did take it back and probably threw in microwave to fix it…but yea. How do you mess up nacho plate.

Their TV also has this weird blurry issues from certain vantage point. It’s not clear at all. But nice the play is zoomed in, it’s clear.

All in all - highly recommend staying away. There’s Blazin Onion and Buffalo Wild Wings right around the corner. Spend your money wisely.

Reserved a team outing for a manager and his team at this location. Jenny Price was extremely helpful and answered the million questions that I had with a smile. It was nice to be sent copies of what the final bill would look like before the event based on the many changes I made. The team let me know that the experience was smooth and fun. Kelley Diaz made payment easy and access to receipts was great too. No hidden fees, everything up front! The manager (Anthony Sorry I don't remember) was also extremely helpful when I called to make sure that the team was taken care of even though I would not be there myself. Big thank you to the Lynnwood staff!

As an arcade, it's pretty well stocked with new games - Godzilla VR and Luigi's Mansion are highlights.

But as a bar, it's a nightmare. Long waits for service, confused staff, and absolutely terrible food at inflated prices. Avoid the Pretzel Sticks, which are coated with so much salt & garlic butter you'll drain your beer just to keep your throat from closing up.
