We were very fortunate to find DannyAnn’s B&B recently when we needed a place to stay for a wedding. The restored 1906 Craftsman style home was a perfect place for us to rest & recharge. We stayed in room #3 that had a very comfortable queen bed & great pillows. We got a solid 8 hours sleep both nights we were there. I enjoyed reading on the large front porch & we watched a couple of movies from their DVD library at night. The hosts are wonderful & their breakfasts were incredible. We enjoyed watching the local deer visiting every morning & evening. We look forward to staying here again!

I stayed in Dannyann's B&B and it was wonderful! Lovely older (1902) Craftsman house, very comfy bed, excellent friendly but unobtrusive host (Danny; I did not get to meet Terry Ann) who made me a really fantastic multi-course breakfast! Very good coffee, too.

I stayed a night here this week. It’s a delightfully appointed older home with three rooms available for guests. I stayed in Room # 3.

The room was nice. Bed was great. The amenities in the were as described and what I had expected.

The hosts provided room service coffee at the exact time that I had requested, upon them offering.

Breakfast was served in the main floor dining area at the Agee’s upon time. As with the coffee service, they asked what time I would like breakfast.

I didn’t expect the attention to the details in how breakfast was served. The smallest of details suggested care and thoughtfulness. The breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented.

If I have a reason to stay in Newport in the future I look forward to staying here again.

My husband and I, along with another couple spent one night here at DannyAnn's. We loved it! Dan and Terri were wonderful hosts! They made us feel very welcome and at home. Everything was very clean and the rooms are quaint and comfy. We loved the nostalgia of the home.When I called for reservations Dan asked if we had any dietary concerns. That was so appreciated because I need a gluten free diet and one of our friends also had dietary restrictions.They cooked a beautiful and very tasty breakfast to fit our needs. It was delicious! We definitely recommend this bed and breakfast!

House is clean, quiet and cozy. Breakfast is at 9am, but you can request coffee earlier if you want. Location is walkable to main street and a short drive to Quail Run Ranch. Hosts were very friendly, food and coffee were great. We had room #3 (Master bedroom) which was clean and cozy. The room and bed are comfortable although my wife reported a slight sag in the mattress to the center. I didn't notice. The room has a little electric fireplace and complimentary water and snacks which was all nice. It has a mini-fridge, microwave shower, etc which all worked fine. Only comment would be that maybe a stone or concrete path/stepping stones going from back parking area to front door would be nice.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet restful spot and we found just the place when we stayed at DannyAnn's. We have been in numerous BnB's but this definitely would rank close to the top. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They spend extra time with you to answer questions and make your time there pleasant. The wonderfully refurbished older home is so inviting with lovely large front porch and comfy chairs overlooking an enormous lawn with huge trees. The beautifully presented breakfast is gourmet and ample to energize the tired traveler. Special touches are throughout the house indicating the hosts care about their establishment and put extra time and energy into creating a very clean and homey respite. The little town of Newport, WA is also a darling little spot to explore. The cost of the room was also very agreeable.

One couldn't find a more pleasant place to stay in this little town, or frankly anywhere. The home is lovely and our room was well appointed with several thoughtful amenities. Breakfast was a culinary delight. And, the hosts are lovely, friendly, helpful people who go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable.
