Whenever we are on the road, we always look for Dairy Queen Grill and Chill Restaurants. The blizzard is great, just enough to enjoy. We also find the DQ is always clean and their staff is always super friendly. On a pretty day you can also enjoy the outdoors seating.

Ordered a banana split. Took nearly 15 min to get and very slow in restaurant. Got it and couldn't even see the ice cream. It was 3 golf ball sized squirts of soft serve literally completely hidden under mostly whipped cream. What a disappointment. Would not even equal up to a single scoop cone. And over $6. Sad

Went in to eat at church rush. It was busy and we had to wait but that’s always a given on Sunday. The girl that was waiting on the tables did an amazing job regardless of how busy they were, she was professional and sweet even when the majority of the customers were extremely rude after having to wait for their food. This girl made all the difference, wish I got her name bc she definitely deserves a raise!!!

Restaurant inside was very dirty. Huge mess of water or drink in the floor with no wet floor signs or attempt to clean it up. No one was inside when we initially come in. Food took forever to get and when we did the chicken was horribly over kicked, dry and hard . Ordered ice cream with our meal and ask to get the later, they made them and left the sitting out so when we got them, the ice cream was melted and all. Even have ants all over the trash cans and crawling out. Very poor experience. This place used to be so good, not anymore

Manager was confused at take out. Tried to have cashier hand me the wrong order. Had to remake my food bc they gave it to wrong customer. Remade food was not correct. I wanted a chicken finger basket with white gravy. We dont have a DQ where Im from, so....and the hot dog was just mediocre. Lol...

I went in here around 2:06 pm. Three people's in the back. Two crew and one manager. Stood there for a good five minutes before the little girl in drive thru leaned over and said I will be with you in a minute. Told her that it was ok. Waited another 7 minutes and nothing. Little girl in drive thru was busting her butt while the so called manager named Crystal just goofed around. When this so called manager finally comes around front counter, she just stands there!! No "hi how are you" or "what can I do for you today " so by now I'm so mad I just say forget this. I don't have time to be ignored . Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Save yourself the trouble of stopping here. The bathrooms smell terrible are disgusting. Both men’s and women’s restroom were half out of order. After seeing the gross science experiment growing on the trash can in the ladies bathroom I was hesitant to eat here. Didn’t have to worry about it though because we stood at the cash register waiting for an employee to show up. Never did. A guy walked by texting on his phone and I called out to him but he disappeared. So while still waiting I was peering into the kitchen and saw the grill for the burgers. The back of it was filled with stuck burgers. Who knows how long they had been there. Left without even coming face to face with an employee. Didn’t want to get food poisoning from this filthy place. This store needs some improvement in leadership and a visit from the health inspector.

Well, it's sure not a Texas DQ. Got the cheap meal just because they didn't have tacos. Fries were really cold on 2 orders, and the 3rd one had hot fries,but brown gravy. Offered to make fresh gravy, and my question was, why didn't you serve fresh to begin with. IT'S BROWN ! You can tell no pride is taken. Even the restroom was smelly and dirty !
