Was recommended to come and try out their fried green tomatoes. Not a fan at all of the food. Extremely greasy and heavily salted. The chicken had no seasoning and though the staff was friendly they didn’t check up to see how we were doing or needed something.

The lady who answered the phone was very nice, but apparently got my order wrong. I placed this order for a guest at my workplace who stated they thought they could tolerate the glazed wings better than mild or hot wings. Sure, I’ll be glad to order this for you if that’s what you think you’d want. Anyways, get to the window, the guy kinda goes “whew” because my brakes squealed a bit (just bought a used car, not his business.) Pull away from the window and my order is wrong, they’ve got mild or hot wings instead of glazed. I pull back up to the window, same reaction to my brakes. I tell him they thought they’d tolerate glazed better and he said that didn’t make sense. “Their decision not mine” is all I had to say. Perhaps getting my order right in the first place could’ve avoided this conversation entirely. While I sat at the window the first time I heard a worker asking him if he had already cashed me out, some mumbling, and then “hell yeah” so I’m not sure if they intentionally gave me the incorrect wings. Either way, tactless and poor business and regret referring these guests to this restaurant. It has left my list of recommended restaurants in the area. This occurred around 7:00 pm 09/28/24.

Just got to Dad's in Anniston Alabama and right there on the counter was a big sign wrote in red $3.99 BBQ sandwich. I thought omg sounds good. Waitress came to take my order and I said I'll take a $3.99 sandwich. She told me that price was no longer good. I told her the sign was right on the counter so she went over and took it down. I didn't get my 3.99 BBQ. I got a 6.99 BBQ, same sandwich just more money. For the record the sandwich was good.

My wife and I visited this establishment on our anniversary. It wasn't our first time going, but normally, it's pickup. This time, we decided to sit and eat before going to the mall. The waitress was quick to take the orders and bring our mea, very attentive. That is until we bit into our ribs and noticed a few bones were not completely cooked. Which caused my wife to lose her appetite. Then we couldn't locate her. When she finally came back. I requested a togo container. I figured I would finish cooking mine at home. She brings the container, and I put my remaining ribs in the box. As we were at the counter paying, the little cheap container fell apart, hit the ground, and splattered sauce onto my tan shirt. The cashier admitted the boxes were not very sturdy. After sweeping up my 5 undercooked rib bones, she disappeared as well. So now our anniversary plans had to change because my clothes had barbecue sauce on them. We were very disappointed at this establishment.

Came through the drive thru, ordered chicken finger plate, sides, baked potato with extra sour cream, and cole slaw, and rib plate, with mac n cheese and baked potato. They gave me a chicken salad with no dressing, and 2 burnt baked potatoes. I called the manager, and she hung up on me! This is the most horrible experience ever!! She should be fired for hanging up on a customer!!!!

I haven't eaten at this location. I always went to the Rainbow City location. They have the best ribs that I have ever eaten and the best grilled bread that comes with the slab of ribs. I wanted to cry when they closed the Rainbow City location. I didn't know there was another restaurant in Anniston. I live about 2 hours away but I think I will be making the trip this week. Lol.

the food is very good. there burgers, chicken, and mac n cheese are all my favorites. Also the servers are all very nice friendly and helpful!
