We are looking forward to having DaBella replace or aging roof. Their representative Austin was very thorough, and professional. He took the time to explain what he found when inspecting the roof and explaining what options they could offer. Him and the DaBella team helped us find the right fit. With this exceptional customer service I can only feel that the installation and final product will meet and most possibly exceed our expectations.

I have been putting off a new roof for a while, to the point where I had to get it done or I was going to have problems. I contacted Dabella and the came right away to assess what I needed. The rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything great, I had to have a lot of work done down to replacing plywood. We felt that the price was fair. And we dont feel we overplayed. It took a bit for the job to get started but I think it’s because they had other jobs to do first. When the job was started it was finished in one day and it was like nothing ever happened there was no mess and it looked great! Brianna was very good she was our project manager and she would drop whatever she was doing if I called no matter if it was Sunday night at 10pm or Friday morning at 8 am.i would highly recommend Dabella they do a fantastic job!

From the first knock on the door to the signing of the contract, DaBella has been respectful, knowledgeable, and no pressure, friendly company to work with. Sierra was the first impression of the company for me and I felt comfortable and at ease with her. Sierra listened to our concerns, took additional time to work with my husband and I with her supervisor on our concerns regarding finances, and was available by text after the appointment to answer questions/ further timely communication. Brianna, the supervisor, went above and beyond for our family. Brianna made herself available for additional phone calls, answered follow up questions, and worked with us on price to make sure our family had a quality roof over our heads this winter. Brianna worked on the finances with us and was able to find a price, that worked best for my husband and I and DaBella's, to make this project come to life. As a customer, I felt our concerns were heard, was seen as a person and not another project number, and at ease with this process. I would recommend DaBella to anyone needing roof services!

Daniel came canvassing for DaBella and I made an appointment for the next day. Kyle and Sierra came to do the inspection. They were both so nice, as well as very professional and informative. They worked with me to get a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I definitely can recommend DaBella for any roof job.

We worked with Brianna and she is very knowledgeable, professional and one of the reasons we had DaBella do our roof. The GAF ceramic shingles installed being another - an article in Consumer Reports backs that up. DaBella also arranged for the city permit and then called us to say when the materials would arrive and the work would be done, both occurred as stated. The roof looks great and Brianna returned after to do an inspection.

Company service rep Serra noe showed up at my house exactly ay the time she said she would. Frankly I was quite surprised 1 that she was a woman and 2 that it wasn't some husky guy from another country. Anyway she was very pleasant and nice she surveyed my roof and what needed to be done after a little while she came back with the estimate. Then she explained all the programs they had to offer. the estimate was a bit higher than I expected I felt that it with this estimate, this wasn't going to work out but she worked with me quite diligently and diplomatically to get the price down for me so far so good.
