Before I start this review, it should be noted that I’ve lived in Memphis, Tennessee, Kansas and also Texas so I know good barbecue. I got to tri-tip platter and my wife got the pulled pork sandwich. The tri-tip was OK little on the dry side, but that could be because we were there in their last hour before they closed. Although the tri-tip was very tasty it really did not have that barbecue feel to it. Grilling is not BBQ. I tried both their sauces but the sweet and the spicy both were good and they made the tri-tip less dry. My wife being from Orange County loved her pulled pork sandwich. And she has eaten at this place a couple times and said it draws a lunchtime crowd. The mac & cheese was pretty darn good though and the staff was super friendly.

I have been there a few times, and every time the food has been delicious. I've had the ribs, hot wings and tri tip. All were very flavorful. There is a nice variety of sides, I usually order the Cole slaw. It is crisp and not overdressed
The restaurant is clean and the decor is simple. Service is great. I'll keep coming back

Ordered a bunch of the Tri Tip and it was like butter! Just so so tender which is a real rarity with Tri Tip! Incredibly welcoming staff and a lovely vibe about the place. Thank you CV BBQ we shall be back!

CV BBQ is a must if you're in the mood for BBQ! They have a variety of meat options (chicken, pulled pork, brisket ect). They also have a fair amount of sides to choose from (mac and cheese, potato salad, corn ect). You can dine in and take a meal to go. They have daily specials which are a fairly good deal if your in the mood for that days deal. Staff is always friendly and resturant is clean. Highly recommend the pulled pork!

BBQ hits the spot. Great variety at a great price.
Delicious tri-tip. It’s on the level the SM Valley’s tri-tip.
Chipotle Mac n cheese is really good side for the BBQ. Definitely check this spot out if you’re in the mood for some tasty and flavorful BBQ.

Food’s delicious- seasoned just right, not too salty, perfect amount of smokiness. Tri-tip is moist, chicken is smokey and linguisa is slightly spicy and savory. Mash potato is creamy, not runny and the corn is buttery. Its all yummy. Portions are huge and all this and a coke for just $18. Holy smokes!!
