We’ve been using Cutters Point coffee beans at home for some time. Recently we found online that they have a subscription service where the beans are automatically sent to your door. We signed up for 2 week auto delivery. Our first bag arrived and while they were labeled as our normal Discovery Espresso, they tasted much weaker. Oh well, no worries things happen and maybe they were mislabeled. Fast forward 3 weeks and we still haven’t received our second shipment. Our card was billed but no tracking number or any information available in our account other than we were billed for the service. Fast forward another 2 weeks and we are billed again. Once again another credit card payment, but NO beans, no tracking number, nothing. I reach out via phone to Cutters Point corporate number listed on their website. Several calls during business hours, but no answer. Voice mails left stating our problem, a return number to call us back, etc. WE HEAR NOTHING. I write an email with our account number, the issue we’re having , no response. A week goes by I call again, no answer. Finally we decide to just call a retail location and speak to the manager. She confirms the number and email we are using are correct but states she will take our information and have someone reach out. You guessed it, NO RESPONSE. So long Cutters Point. 👋

We stopped on the way to the airport to meet a friend. Great coffee shop. We sat in the big comfy chairs by the fireplace. My niece was thrilled to be able to get a snack. They have a good selection of products from PNW. My niece is dairy free, and these products are vegan and gluten-free. My coworker happens to be gluten-free also, and it was fun to share some of my cookie I had left over because he usually can't participate in snacks unless we are purposeful in what we have. My latte was very yummy, and I know my friend enjoys going to this coffee shop.
My only suggestion was that I happened to have a disposable water bottle I took in from the car to recycle, and I was a bit shocked they didn't have a recycle bin. My family and friend laughed at me when I proceeded to take it back out with me because I knew the airport would have a recycle bin. It's definitely a spot I'd revisit, and I enjoyed the time with my friend before flying out.

One of the few cafes in a thousand miles with a guest garden for a relaxed cafe drink. A piece of gold. The selection of pastries is very poor unfortunately. Donuts were all sold out. Unfortunately already at 12 o'clock. Everything self-service

Inside seating is spacious, yet you still feel a cozy vibe. Fireplace seating inside and outdoors! There's a good variety of grab n go salads, sandwiches and juices. Bakery items can be heated and served on plates.

Tasty coffee. Ask to use their ceramic or camping style mugs if you’re going to dine in. It makes a difference (imo)

This is my favorite place in Gig Harbor to get coffee at!

The cold brew is outstanding. Very tasty and definitely puts a pep in my step.

The employees here are very friendly and remember how to make my drink just the way I like it.

They also have a fantastic rewards program. I’m surprised I don’t see more people using the app. The points add up VERY quickly, and you’ll have free drinks before you know it!

First time going to this location and can see why it’s the flagship store. Look forward to returning and taking advantage of the heaters outside when it’s colder. There’s also a table by a fireplace outside. It’s really big inside too. The barista we had was real friendly and can see why others frequent this location.

Sitting here and drinking a coffee is a wonderful thing to do if you have time for it. There is a lovely fire to sit by to stay warm and cozy. The architecture of the building is artwork worth looking at too. Oh, yeah, and by the way, their coffee is amazing too.

Super great coffee but the service makes this place really stand out. Hailey was working today and totally saved me from having a horrible morning after we immediately spilled our bourbon caramel macchiato after purchasing it. She immediately remade the drink without asking any questions and it totally made my day. Thanks so much!!!
