We were wanting ice cream, and we found this place, which is also a café. It was in the middle of winter, but we were able to have a nice scoop of ice cream and enjoy the nice ambience of the café.

One of the best coffee shops in Bainbridge Island. The cakes was also amazing. The staff were super friendly allowing us to stay and rest after our boat trip. The atmosphere was generally quiet and nice. The latte will always be an excellent choice. They also had a range of ice-creams.

I had a delightful experience at this cafe! The baristas were incredibly polite and welcoming. The cozy ambiance was perfect, especially with the windy chill outside. Bonus points for the thoughtful touch of a pup-cup for my dog. A wonderful spot for a mocha and more!

Tasty and unique sandwiches. Price is great for the area. Service was good but staff did not follow through with a request for sauce on the side. They were sold out of Acai and some smoothie flavors when we went. Cozy atmosphere, not the best views but the price makes up for it.

I was super excited to see this place offered Lotus, but unfortunately the guy making my drink today didn't know how to make it at all I ordered a 20 oz and he put about 2 inches of syrup at the bottom of the cup... it was WAY too much, which is crazy for me to say because I like sweet drinks. He also never asked which flavor of base I would like and automatically chose a purple base for me when I ordered a peach flavored drink, which made a pretty gross combo and the whole drink tasted like grape. All in all, I think some more training is needed on the amount of syrup to put in, and to ask the customer which flavor of base they would like before just assuming.

Nice, cozy place with fairly good coffee. Unfortunately, I waited so long for coffee that I almost missed the boat back to Seattle. Otherwise, good offer, enough seating, nice service. I definitely recommend stopping by when you're passing by and have enough time for waiting. Sweet was super sweet but fine.

This is the THIRD time I've ordered the Ring or Fire and they've LEFT OFF THE AVOCADO. This is not the first time, nor the second... but incredibly the third time. The staff says absolutely nothing about having run out of avocado or the likes. I had gotten into the habit of asking if they have avocado everytime I order because of the two prior incidents when they left it off. Shame on me for not policing the staff and making sure they're doing their job correctly, right? My slip up today will be my last because I'm no longer patronizing this place that has persistent inept staff. If you like your order messed up, by all means come visit Cups!

EDIT: After the company I work at placed an order with Cups and they forgot an ENTIRE SANDWICH in the order, I decided to respond to the owner's request of e-mailing them. Their response? Crickets... it looks like the owner's response to my poor review is nothing but grandstanding to make the review not look so bad.

The food is not justified for the price. The açaí bowl was bad, the avacado toast is a joke (one slice of bread with just plain avocado). The Buddha bowl is also very basic and of a very small portion . I don’t recommend this place if you are looking for good food on the island.
