Literally put random stuff in my door dash order and charged me even though they only gave me 3 out of the 7 items I ordered. Total theft and garbage. You should be ashamed of yourself

Make coffee your way with flavor station. It's always out and rarely refilled unless you ask. Or we don't have back ups. Salem Nh is never out!

I encountered the absolutely rudest females working at this location, and I will never set foot in there again. What's with all the rude, unsmiling, unfriendly workers in customer service and retail these days? It makes no sense! I left this store feeling terrible, which is the opposite of how an experience in this setting should be. Seriously. Nasty.

Went in tonight with my boyfriend because I needed some Tylenol and Vics, we were looking in the aisle for a bit after finding it, trying to figure out what would be best for my symptoms to manage them until the morning when other stores would be open. The older woman who runs the cash register, gray hair with bangs, rudely asked us if we needed help finding anything, to which my boyfriend told her "an anti-inflammatory". She got genuinely upset that we were in there for medicine past 11 PM. "Isn't CVS open", "Who buys medicine at a gas station", "don't mix advil and Tylenol now" (EXTREMELY rude tone the entire time) slamming our items on the counter. And a passive aggressive "hope whoever is sick feels better :)" I actually couldn't believe someone with a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB had just disrespected me in such a disgusting way. No one I know will be returning to this store, absolutely disgusting.
This woman was so rude and verbally aggresive, and im already dealing with an infection and other health issues, so this interaction broke me.
You never know what others are going through, I hope this woman gets the chance to read this review and learn from this interaction, I felt nothing but judged and quietly accused of something I wasn't doing; stealing, drugs, etc. Do better.

I enjoy the coffee and pastries here but for some reason they are closed now from 2:45-3:15 in the morning everyday now? Some of us canโ€™t sit around and wait for that and I understand itโ€™s only half and hour but donโ€™t advertise a 24 hr service if you canโ€™t uphold it.

Alright store but wouldn't let me get lottery tickets with my DEBIT card. I could understand a credit card but it's my money. She wanted me to use their ATM with a fee of course to take cash out. On the nh lottery website it says it's the merchants discretion but the cashier told me it's a state rule in every state. Kinda crappy

Usually a great customer experience until the mid aged blonde woman worker ridiculed me for disorganizing the pizza. Very rudely. (i was picking the ones in the back because i assume they are the freshest.) I guess she wanted me to put them back the way they were because she procceeded to say that i didn't understand english. Unacceptable, i hope her manager see's this and she is fired.
