I would like to thank this culvers personally. I've been going here for years. Aside from the occasional hit or miss order of fries, this place is perfect. Every double deluxe, no pickles, that I've ever ordered from here is top tier, top notch, near perfection. I thank you, jackson culvers.

I ran through the drive thur for a cup of custard at roughly 7 pm in the middle of the week. They weren't horribly busy, just a few cars a head of me. I waited roughly 15 minutes before a worker noticed that I had been there awhile and asked what I had ordered. I told him just a custard. He went inside and, less than a minute late, was back with my custard.

There was another lady that had ordered after me that must have had an issue with her order because she took a bag of food inside with her after it was delivered to her vehicle.

Went there and got a burger with cheese curds instead of fries, paid for the whole meal. Didn’t get cheese curds. OR FRIES! Also ordered some Buffalo chicken tenders, got normal chicken tenders. Stop hiring 14 year olds and hire some people who are competent. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Stopped in for lunch Monday with my two kids. Very nice lady went around and took people's trays and garbage. She also offered my kids stickers and taped up their Easter drawings. Very nice and friendly.

The woman helping me out in the drive thru was really nice, professional, and patient with me. I went at night about 30 minutes before closing and my food was nice and hot ☺️ very happy with my visit.

This is the best Culvers in the United States. The service is incredibly fast and the employees are angels. It's a great place to take the kids and enjoy a meal. Thank you!!!!!
