I was absolutely blown away by CPI and their crew. Mike was the individual we worked with and he was amazing and professional. They showed up to our venue at 9 am and set up all tables and chairs. After the ceremony and end of the night, they even cleaned up the venue. The food was amazing and they even brought food to the bridal suite during cocktail hour. They made our day perfect and I would recommend them to anyone!

We had the most amazing experience with this caterer. Mike was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. He even contacted us a few weeks prior to make sure we didn’t need any tables, linens, wine openers, etc! They ended up bringing ice for us so we didn’t have to run out the day of. His employees were professional yet felt like lifelong friends and fit right into our crowd. Everyone loved them! The food was so delicious that my guests are STILL talking about it.. I had some friends actually fighting for my leftovers (even though we had plenty!). The bridal box they packed us with leftovers so was thoughtful and much needed after a long day! I wish I lived closer so I could use them for every single even I have. It’s hard to find a caterer (+employees) like CPI <3

Amberly and Mike are absolutely great to work with. Not only is their food and personalities great, but they were VERY prompt with responding to all of my questions/updates to my order during the planning process for a nonprofit event that I organized at Live Oak Plantation for the Pensacola Museum of Art Guild. I recommend them highly for weddings/birthdays/special events.

I feel like their pricing was very fair for the wedding industry, which can often be overpriced simply because it is a wedding! They had a great variety to choose from and accommodated various allergies and dietary restrictions we had.

We hired Culinary Productions for our August wedding, and Mike worked closely with me (bride) to narrow down a menu. We had a few appetizers for cocktail hour and did the pasta bar with a few extra sides. Everything was really good, and there was plenty of food for everyone. One thing I will not forget is how the staff continually checked up on us (bride and groom) to see how we're doing or if we needed anything to eat since we were busy doing pictures. They seemed to take notice of how overwhelmed we may have been with it all and tried to do their best to alleviate anything they could, which I truly appreciated.

Mike and his team are beyond amazing! He was very responsive, polite and always made us feel at home since we had a destination wedding! I can’t rave enough about them! My one ask was please pack us a plate after the wedding. Not only did that happen but they packed us our cake top and plenty of leftovers! Anything I could have thought of they already had done! Anyone that is planning a wedding or any event please contact them! Your expectations will be far exceeded from time of set up to packing up to go home. Do yourself and your stomachs a favor and choose Mike for your culinary needs!

CPI catered our wedding at 5Eleven and we were so impressed! They were very communicative throughout the process and always answered any questions we had. The food tasting was a wonderful and easy experience. Our favorite foods from our wedding (that our guests couldn’t stop talking about!) were the chicken & waffles as well as the pecan-crusted salmon. Our decision for food was so difficult because we loved all of the options at our tasting. CPI has done many weddings and their experience in this industry in this area is evident. Thank you to Amberly & Mike!

Also, although we didn’t have our event there, their new venue space is really lovely!

We used them for a corporate event and everything went perfect. From start to finish they were perfesionial. The owner was very hands-on and Amberly listen to my concerns because of our experience with our pervious company. The food was even better than we expected. The service at there new venue was 1st class. We will not be using anyone else moving forward.
