Chugged my beverage on the way to work. Had a pleasure being served by a lady named Lily! She was so kind and fast. There was no one behind me so we chatted for a min or two. Very good at what she does, but she has bright future ahead of her ❤️

Always great drinks, and the baristas are super friendly and fantastic.

Left feeling extremely awkward and uncomfortable though, after hearing a male customer screaming and swearing and abusing the ladies working here. He was inside and could be heard from both drive-thru windows.

The service has gone downhill significantly recently. It takes much longer to get food and there are many mistakes despite having more staff. The lady who waited on me, who I believe is the owner, argued that I didn’t order something correctly and then charged me for her misunderstanding (and the order was still incorrect). It’s a cute place and I like to support local businesses but coming from a family that has owned retail businesses for many years, I’m disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.
