We had an unfortunate experience where my daughter found herself in a vulnerable/unsafe position after her and her friend were split-up late at night at a music festival... The front desk Manager Ravin went above and beyond to ensure my daughters safety. Helped her get into a room, carried her luggage to her room when she saw she was struggling. Allowed her extra time the next morning until she could be safely picked-up. All of this meant the world to this worried mother. Thank you Ravin!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
In the review they let us place 3 adults and 3 children and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that it was a mistake and that we had to pay for another room, terrible organization, terrible service, terrible communication between the hotel and AGODA !! ! Very angry, they left us without an option, there was also no spa service that they offer, the rooms smelled bad, the manager, a very disrespectful person! So sad !

False advertisement it says hot tub and I called them and they said they have a hot tub but when I go there it's only if you pay for a more expensive room they should clarify more when someone asks not just try to make a sale I would of gotten another place or cheaper room had I known

Rooms are old and not the greatest very worn.
Location is not great very sketchy... the staff was friendly though

Quiet, Clean outside, hot tub worked, refrigerator worked fine.
For the price I expected better. 186 for a king bed Jacuzzi room on a Tuesday night. I was told there was a king size bed and a pull-out sofa bed. There was no sofa at all to pull out any bed from. The shower had an empty lotion bottle with no cap and the cover to a razor on the little Shelf. The hot tub seemed clean but it's an ugly dark green color. The whole room needs a good cleaning and a paint job.

The pool was ok. The carpeted floors in the room were filthy dirty and sticky. Our son's feet turned black after 5 minutes of being barefoot there. We all had to wear shoes the rest of the time there. There was also mold growing in the shower on the soap shelf. We were only there for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it, nor do I plan to return there. On the plus side, no one bothered our car in the parking lot, which I was concerned about in that area.

I use this location due Form or sofi events. Booked room and asked for smoking room when booked and had to pay 18 bucks to get a smoking room once I arrived- room ok but had some minor defects. Thanks for my stay.

The Management and all of the front desk staff are,
Very kind🥰considerate 🥰and patient.
The property is always very clean, the housekeeping staff is always on point and willing to accommodate, very trustworthy. The washer and dryer are convenient for me , the gym is clean and functional as well as the pool. Awesome place.

Crystal Inn is far worse than any motel 6 or 8 I've stayed in. Weed smells out of many rooms you walk by. All common areas are dirty. Room is dark and all furniture looks like it's from the 70-80 (old, worn). This place is a perfect incentive to never go to jail and have to live in this place when you get out and on probation.
