Order was not put in until an hour after I placed it. Called, they apologized, brought my food after another 40 minute wait and the order they brought was incorrect. Called again and they said they would refund the meal. They did not....I'd give 0 if I could and I won't use them again. Not because of the wait or the incorrect order but because if you tell me you are going to do something, follow through. I could have dealt with the restaurant directly and picked up the correct order myself...

I enjoy CruzinWaiter , They are very professional and courteous! I've never had any problems with any of the driver's! They all have been on time.Very kind and friendly service! I'm glad they are here, because I don't drive and it's so very convenient to have them at my service when I need a good meal! Thank you all very much! I wish them great success! Be safe and blessed!

How do you order from one restaurant and then call because it’s taking forever to get your food and they tell you oh it was closed so they got your food somewhere else…. What?!?
So we ordered Masatos and got Osaka… wth
I have sick kids can’t leave the house and just wanted lunch.. is that too much to ask…. Ordered at 1:26 … Food arrived at 3:12
They didn’t even off to refund my order… Never again! Stick to Door Dash People!!

CruzinWaiter is by far the BEST food delivery service out there. I always place my order on their app and it ALWAYS arrives before the scheduled time. You will get a text during every step of your order from the time the order is picked up from the restaurant, what time they leave the restaurant, or if there is any delay along the way. I also love that if you sign up for their text alerts you get coupon codes. If you aren’t using cruzinwaiter, you’re missing out.

I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know about the excellent service I had this evening. I'm a frequent customer (almost daily) and the driver that delivered my order (Scott) went above and beyond with his service. Upon delivering my order he returned to his vehicle and noticed a minor request I had on my order for the restaurant that they left out. Unprompted and unrequested he returned to the restaurant to pick up the missing item requested and contacted me as he was pulling in my drive way to let me know he was at my house. He was very polite and apologized for not catching it prior to my delivery. I just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent employees and customer service. I like to provide positive feedback when I have it. It's the attention to detail and great service that keeps me a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!

Seriously frustrating. This isn't the first issue, but I've ran out of chances so it'll be the last. Not only do they charge you more than the restaurant for the food, they also add a good 25 to,more often than not, 40$ in fees. Then they either get your order wrong or, as I've had happen the last two times, don't place it when you order despite taking your money for it. Now, if you order an hr ahead of the place closing this means you're out of luck. Any other times it just means you're likely going to be waiting another few hrs for anything. Calling in to confirm anything will just get you lied to, because as others have stated, the employees seem clueless. Only positive i can give is i typically had decent drivers (after all, it's not their fault for any restaurant or Cruzin company's poor service). But really, use someone else.

We use CruzinWaiter ALL THE TIME! I prefer to use a local service over others. The variety of restaurants is pretty good. Most times my order is delivered before the time I'm quoted. I love being able to track where my order is. Also, you receive promo codes if you sign up for text messages! What's not to love?! Thanks, team!

This is the second time I have had issues and it is impossible to get in contact with someone for assistance. Their phone rings but no one ever answers . I ordered breakfast at 10:25 a.m. and the eta was 11:00am it is now almost 12 with no updates and no delivery . There is. I way to cancel once you have ordered either. I will not be using this service again and I will tell anyone who will listen not to either. By far the worst experience I have ever had .
