OMG they cookies here are large and thick and freshly made, so soft and squishy. Delicious and the one i got was chocolate chip and was still warm with giant chocolate chips in it and on top. I will definitely have to come back and try other ones! The woman who helped us was so adorable and her name was Willow! Such a great little place right by Vons , east of Montrose shopping park and few blocks.

It was my sons and I first time ever walking into Crumbl and trying them. We were so excited about the whole thing. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted very nicely and helped right away! The staff made the entire experience for my son and I really great! We absolutely loves the variety of cookies this week had to offer and we will definitely be coming back again! The cookies are really really good, all of them. The best way to have a comparison is via their chocolate chip cookie, which will probably be the best you’ve ever had.

It’s pretty much a pick up style service so there’s not much to say about that, it’s quick and efficient. There may occasionally be a small line to wait in during peak hours, but even that moves quickly.

Not much to say about atmosphere, you won’t be dining in or anything, it’s get-it-and-go.

It was amazing, when ordered workers were very polite. The wait time for the cookies took 3 minutes, and that’s it. And of course the cookies were VERY good. In conclusion, it’s an amazing place to go.

We love traveling 6 miles to get to the la Canada store!!! It feels so friendly and nice. We are always greeted with a smile and recommendations.
We highly recommend this store . You will love it too.

Kids love their cookies. They have different ones everyday but they do have some mainstays like the chocolate chip cookies. They are all chunky, hot and soft when they hand them to you. Basically half is gone before it reaches the house.

Yesterday we got banana cream cookie, mooncake and some chocolate minion ones together with the usual Chico chip ones.

They are not cheap, 25.00 for 6 big pieces. They are very good thou

I have heard about this company for a long time now because so many people seem to have very strong opinions about it. I know many love it and I know many hate it. Personally I think it’s weird to hate any dessert unless it’s truly awful. I think I’ve had an awful desert maybe once in my entire life. That being said I was pleasantly surprised with these cookies. They are a bit expensive but this is a rare treat for me anyway.

I chose to get all 6 flavors, which are constantly changing. I would say my favorite was the cornflake and marshmallow, or the Fruity Pebble cereal cookie. I would love to try a salted caramel, but that flavor was not available this month. They are the half baked style so they break apart very easily and are not as crumbly as other types of cookies. Think the opposite of a traditional snickerdoodle and more along the lines of a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. I honestly enjoyed the flavors and ate every single cookie I got so I plan to be back in a few months when the flavors are different. Parking for this location is in a strip mall so there’s plenty of spaces available.
