Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility. Small public area. Crowded at peak times. I enjoy the changing menu and the app that list the new menu each week. The app also allows you tomark favorite and it sends alerts when on he menue. Great quality. Portion size too large. Pricing is expensive, but appropriate to the quantity and quality. No dine in nor delivery. Can make app orders.

This was it for me. Last week we only got one layer of the shortbread cake. This week the rocky road had no marshmallow and the cake batter had none of the crumbles on top. You’re charged a high price for these cookies and are not getting what you pay for. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2020 but this Crumbl store is so awful I won’t go back. I expect to get what I pay for.

I love coming here and I love trying all the cookies. The service is always chipper and friendly. Crumbl is always clean and smells amazing.

It's easy to order in the store or from your app. They have a program where you can get crumbl bucks and save up for free cookies.

The customer waiting area is very small but you should not be there for very long. There is plenty of free parking in the front.

Went into the store as recent as 2 days ago because of my daughter (who is 8 years old ),she was super excited to visit this establishment.Our absolute first visit there ;but we were totally ignored and not even acknowledged at all. Persons came inside after us ,went straight to the kiosk and were served ;but no one came to ask us if we needed help( my daughter is very picky and we needed guidance with her choice or flavor
selections). We waited for a while ,standing at the what seemed to be the cash register, until we left ,as if we were both invisible. NO one inside the store of at least 6 workers did not acknowledge me or that little girl for the 5-10 minutes we were standing at the counter and we entered with only 1 other costumer inside the store. Kid friendliness ,I think not at least not to my child.

Honestly, been buying from Dothan for a little over a year and used to love their cookies but this location is really poor. The quality is way beneath what I feel like other stores offer and the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. I feel like this specific store try’s to cut corners and save money and the quality has just gone way down. Makes me sad because I actually love crumbls cookies.

For example 1: the carrot cake had huge chunks of carrot in it. Like they had bought a bag of shredded carrots and so the carrots were too thick and undercooked in the cake. Example 2: my last few cookies have been under iced/frosted. Either the bakers don’t care, they haven’t been trained properly or they are told to cut corners. Usually the frosting/icing goes almost to the edge and I’ve had multiple cookies where it maybe is half iced with spaces and just poor poor quality. example 3: the strawberry shortcake was supposed to be double layered and they only had one layer of cake and had only a small portion of the strawberry jam on top. When I’m charged extra for a cake, I hope that it looks like the picture and matches the description. See photos below. Honestly the strawberry shortcake is kind of my last straw.

I’ll still buy Crumbl cookies but I won’t be buying them at Dothan location any longer. Dothan, I hope you see this and improve your quality.

Even though there was a line out the door, we were inside ordering within a few minutes. We ordered a box of 6 and another 6 for friends. We loved them all! The cookies are huge and delicious with great flavor combinations. We will definitely be back. This is a great addition to the Dothan area.

Deliciously addictive! We love that they have mini Mondays now!! Nothing beats a large crumbl cookie when it’s one of your favorites, but the minis are perfect for trying new things!

The staff is very friendly and the place is always spotless!
