The customer service was great! I did a carry out order. As soon as I got there, I hit here on the app. I didn’t have to even say anything, the young lady was already getting my order ready. She made sure that everything looked good before closing the box. I would most definitely recommend coming here! They have some delicious cookies and different flavors every week! Red Velvet was my favorite!

We will crumble cookies and treat ourselves every once in a while. Especially in this economy but when I send the girls to get some cookies and the order online and I get none of the specialty cookies I was looking for. Seriously. The Oreo cookies were great but I wasn’t expecting three of them. And we had already paid. I just don’t think that’s right everything was fresh and wonderful but when you order the set you should get the set. Just saying.

I've been here twice and they have some of the best cookies I ever tasted. They're big, soft, and delicious. It's definitely worth satisfying my sweet tooth and worth the drive from Mobile to Daphne. I can't wait for Mobile to get it's own location.

We were able to visit Crumbl for the 1st time. When we walked in we had the option to order from the kiosk or from the Casier. We opted for the kiosk. It was very easy to follow and pay. We paid via card.
We waited for maybe 5 minutes for our cookies. While waiting I noticed the place looked very clean.
The cookies we got were the pink sugar cookie and milk chocolate chip. The box we got them in was very sturdy. We enjoyed them. They were soft and chewy.
I believe we will be back.

Quite a bit of a wait time if you are a walk in. Sometimes I get good customer service, sometimes it’s zombie land but I understand in these times. Cookies are good and replicates the C.O.T.W. to a T. I don’t go as much anymore as I’d prefer non-cake-like cookies personally but nonetheless I see why so many people love it.

Their cookies are really good. A little pricey but they are BIG so it makes up for it a bit. I have a love/hate relationship with the new cookies each week thing. It's great when the cookies they have that week aren't flavors that you like. It sucks when you find one that you LOVE and it's gone before you can get another.

I'll stick to the one's in Mobile! I took my 2 daughters after school and they all cut their eyes at us but smiled at the white customers. My 7 year old asked why are they being so rude to us? I replied it's sad but sometimes you'll go places and they will treat you like this for whatever reason they choose. The cookies were good but the boxes were dirty. Its sad because I used to drive from Mobile to Daphne just for Crumbl before Mobile had one. It's cool I'll just never come back to deal with these people again
