Suzanne did a wonderful job planning our cruise for us. It was a very good price for the Celebrity Edge ship which was beautiful and high quality all around. Alaska was amazing. Suzanne set up our hotel in Seattle and our transfer to the cruise terminal with everything timed perfectly. Our flights to and from were great times with no kinks at all. We sure appreciated her quick responses to all of the emails we sent with questions which she helped us resolve promptly. Great trip and sure to plan a Celebrity cruise in the near future.

It was our first time on a cruise and me and my fiancé loved the experience so much! Suzanne was incredibly helpful during the booking phase, assisting in important documents and preparation for the cruise, and was a critical component to our overall experience once we got on the cruise as well! We had a wonderful tour of Italy with Globus and an equally wonderful Trans Atlantic Cruise on Celebrity Ascent. Thanks to our travel agent, Suzanne Klasen, with Cruise One. She not only helped us plan smooth transitions from the tour to the cruise ship, she answered a plethora of questions we had about what to pack, how much money to bring, how much to tip, how to protect ourselves from pickpockets, and what documents to bring. She guided us to a great tour that covered all of Italy which we wanted, and she guided us to a fabulous cruise ship complete with an upgrade to a stateroom in the concierge class.
We were constantly contacting Suzanne with questions. She quickly responded and was always eager to answer our many questions.

I sailed with Suzanne & Steve this past week on the Celebrity Ascent in the Caribbean. Their “Liza” cruise was my first cruise with CruiseOne, a fantastic duo team of expert cruise agents.
