Our trip was planned down to every detail. We went to 4 destinations in Argentina! Every plane we disembarked we had a guide, who spoke English, there to meet us. Every excursion Mark planned was absolutely spectacular. The hotels were wonderful and every detail was taken care of. I would definitely use Mark, at Cruise Planners, to book our next vacation!

Mark helped us with the details of our recent trip to Italy. We turned to Mark after having booked frequent flier tickets for our trip. We had an itinerary in mind and a few hotels reserved. Mark advised us to choose Siena over Florence for Tuscan wine tasting (Siena itself was wonderful and so was the Brunello), booked us into a hotel with gorgeous rooftop bar views, our rail itinerary between four cities, and helped us pick a better located Rome hotel and tours for our trips.

I really appreciate Mark working with us to fit our preferences, but his above and beyond value came when we contracted COVID two weeks before the trip, and we were unsure whether we needed to cancel or go. Without his experienced advice, we probably would not have gone, but with last minute certificates of recovery in hand we had a wonderful vacation.
