Elisa and Cruise Planners took care of ALL of the details, big and little, for our amazing 10 day Norwegian cruise with extra time in Rome. When a local transportation strike had us nervous about getting home, Elisa went above and beyond, truly out of her way, to ensure we would be supported and taken care of. Elisa was amazing! She checked in with our group from the time we booked our cruise until the day we got on the ship (she was even on vacation) to make sure our questions were answered and we had everything we needed. Someone from our group has a lot of food allergies and Elisa checked to make sure they could accommodate her. And turned out they could and the staff went over and above to make sure she had gluten and dairy free meals at all times. Thank you again and will be booking our next cruise with you!

Elisa is amazing!! She has helped us with two separate trips to Europe - England/Ireland and Italy.
