I took my first solo trip and shared with Sharon all the things I wanted and she found exactly that. She worked with me so sweetly over the course of a few months to make my trip happen and I couldn't appreciate her or her staff more. She was friendly and communicated with me in a timely manner when changes needed to be made. She really made my first solo trip and my first time working with a travel agent worth it. We had a great experience with Shannon and her team. We were able to call her for absolutely anything and she was very helpful at all times. There were quite a few challenges in our itinerary but Shannon helped to work them out and make the best of the crazy travel changes the world is going through.

Paid 250 for the VIP package. It’s a total scam and a rip off. Any travel agent can do it without paying the 250 upfront. I definitely wasn’t treated VIP and had to have the cruise line fix everything that my travel agent messed up.
