I called this tour agency to actually help me find out about a festival cruise that was going on in Miami yesterday and he said he would get back with me and I called him. He had not look into any of the information that I asked him. I do not recommend this guy Because when I talk to him, he said he is trying to promote his business. This is not a good way to promote business when you’re expecting information the following day when you want to go on a cruise, his excuse was he was promoting his business and he’ll get back into the office . Not cool at all

David booked a cruise for me and my partner back in August and we had a fantastic time. I have been so used to planning vacations myself so I know the stress it can cause and let me tell you, it was SO nice to hand those reigns over to David. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Very little (if anything) had to be done on my end and it made the vacation that much more relaxing. He booked us a great cabin in our category that was so convenient in location, which is something I would not really have thought of. But given his experience, he was able to choose the best location out of what was available. I had such a great experience with David, I have already asked him to book my second cruise of the year and I know I will continue to return to him for all my vacation planning needs. I had never used a travel agent before but now there's no going back 🙂

Can you say amazing service, attention to detail and tons of $$$ savings to boot? David and Roxanna went above and beyond in helping me plan my travel to Ireland last year! Roxana and David do an amazing job when it comes to planning your next vacation. From start to finish they handle all the details all within a budget that you set for them!
