Jen and her staff have planned several trips for us and for our families. Just recently she planned a cruise for 18 of our family members. She is absolutely amazing--always willing to help and answer any questions we have. With 6 little ones under the age of 5 our trip was carried out without any problems whatsoever. She gave great advice and suggestions. They do so much more than just cruises.

The ship was clean and well appointed. Staff were so friendly and attentive to needs and questions. We really enjoyed trivia games aboard ship and the submarine expedition off Cozumel. There was something to do anytime you wanted to participate. We would recommend the post-cruise excursion since we had transportation from ship to airport and got to go on an Everglades airboat while we waited for our plane to leave.

The only thing we have found on the cruises is we are missing some kind of chapel service on Sundays. This is important to us and we hate to miss church.

Great fun and so thankful to Jen for all her insight!

I have worked with Cruise Planners now for about 3 years and the experience has been great! Jen is a pleasure to talk with and always available when I have a question, new cruise to plan, or a change on a current cruise. Jen also knows the preferences of my wife and I including dinning times and our preferred state room among other things. She makes sure to get those things confirmed when our bookings are done. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Cruise Planners and I fully recommend them to all my friends, family, and anyone else every time they are looking at a vacation adventure. Jen will take care of you needs and all you will have to worry about is your packing!
