This hotel was lovely and the grounds beautiful. The pool looked gorgeous lit up at night. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Phoenix overall for a wonderful trip. Everywhere I went the people were so friendly. I loved my first experience in Arizona ❤️

This resort offers something for everyone. The hotel was host to multiple events when we were there. Everything from weddings to balls to birthday parties were happening but still the service to the general guest was unmatched. Service in AJ’ s was the best as well as the food. Bartenders were friendly and the staff at the golf course was welcoming. So easy to walk to many shops and restaurants too. We would definitely stay again.

I was greeted promptly and the front desk representative answered all my questions. The room was spotless and quiet. The building grounds were well maintained. There was someone cleaning the walkways and stairwells every morning. Wi Fi worked well. I was here on business so it was critical to have stable WiFi and a quiet room.

Great location, size of room is just right for the price. But management currently only offered to waive the $30 fee for us being out of Tv for hours. Yes it’s just a TV but no where in the details for the room did I see “we are waiting on ETA and the best we can do is just wait”

I kindly asked for a voucher as well for our inconvenience of having to call and wait..but they don’t do not have the best of customer service skills. I work for guest services and I value every single person and want to make sure they leave with a smile on their face.
I definitely don’t feel the wow factor here at all for the price!

Still a beautiful hotel the services just could be better!

Location is walking distance from many good restaurants and bars! The lobby has food and beverage options if you’re just looking to stay in for the evening. Beds are very comfortable. The layout is more resort style than your standard motel. I would recommend!

I was most impressed by the personal exchanges with staff and the attention to all the small details that you don’t normally see. The hall with the history of the building and its ties to Frank Lloyd Wright was fascinating and reminded me of the similar one at the Biltmore. I feel like I got Biltmore quality and standards at a much more reasonable price. I felt posh and cozy all at once! This is our new staycation spot.

Here is a review with further breakdown on the rooms and room service. 1. Dated; although this is a resort, the room we got feels more like a motel. 2. Noise level is high. Single-panel windows, a loud air conditioner, a high-pitched bathroom fan, thin doors, concrete floors, thin walls, in addition to loud guests, make this hard to award anything more than 3 stars. 3. Cleanliness: We found the room clean but dated; the bathtub was missing a drain cover, the door was chipped, and the carpets were a little dusty. 4. Daily service: They left extra towels and whatever we requested, but there was no light housekeeping done, and they didn't leave extra coffee or toilet paper. Location is great. Price is too high. Developers definitely need to look into redevelopment opportunities in the market.

Perfect hotel for business or personal travel. The only hotel I stay at when I travel to the phoenix area. I travel often for work, its quiet and comfortable. When I travel with my family it is perfect for kids and the property is fun to explore. The host staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and always kept (thank you) and the bar / restaurant options are amazing. I highly recommend this property for your stay.
