This was the worst stay I've ever had! Would not recommend to anyone, ever. We stayed in the Big Bear cabin. In the living room area, 6 of the 15 available light bulbs were out. The carpets needed cleaned. There are issues with every floor, wall, countertop and visible surface. The floors of every room needed cleaning. The beds had one non-fitted sheet over the mattress, no other sheets, and a thin comforter which I am positive does not get changed out each stay. We all slept in all of our clothes. There is not an extra sheet or blanket to be found. There were about four cups, four plates, a bowl and hardly any utensils. This place has zero amenities and zero upkeep. The deck was covered in debris and did not look stable. Do not stay here!

Absolutely FILTHY. Like you sleep fully clothed. Like after a shower you can still smell the room on you.
I don’t know what rooms those pictures on their website are from, but that is not what I had. My room was a straight up murder cabin. I did not feel safe and see that feeling is validated from a previous review with keys working on other doors. My window was cracked severely. I have nothing nice to say. Just look at the pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE.

we came here this weekend and it was super cold make sure to bring extra blankets. the heater was not working we went to walmart to buy one. Vish and Andy were really nice. you will love this place so close to lake gregory Just this crazy customer woke us up

The room had dog droppings not cleaned up from prior guest. Tv did not work and no working tv was furnished. I contacted management but they never responded. Very disappointed.

Me and my friends had a terrible time here. Manager was extremely unfriendly, barely said a word to us. He was also wearing pajamas the whole time. Also found out the hard way that the keys work for all rooms, as I accidentally opened the wrong room. So dangerous. The rooms themselves are pretty run down, things falling apart literally. One of the rooms we booked smelled of weed due to the next door neighbors and we could hear them vomiting all night. Overall a pretty terrible experience. Do not come here!

The pool was closed which was the only reason we were staying for this weekend, no air conditioning and it was like ,90 degrees in the room at 9:30 pm plus the room had a gas leak smell coming from a large furnace looking thing in the living room. We could not and did not stay the night.
