First time here and look forward to coming back when in California. The service was great and very friendly -- allowing us to try one of the ice cream flavors.

We got two mangonadas - and the flavors were delicious! From the guanabana/soursop to the lime chamoy to the mango flavors -- all the ice creams were delicious.

Great seating to enjoying the mangonadas in store - perfect treat if you're looking for something refreshing, sweet, and tangy.

Stopped by earlier today got 2 esquites and an aqua Fresca for $26. Steep! The corn was slightly hard and dry, not well made & had minimal mayonnaise. I’ve seen people whip these up quickly and detailed by layer, but not here. The service was mediocre and the store was hot and not comfortable. I’ve been to better Michoacanas that’s for sure!! Also they do not allow you to taste test any Aquas but you can sample the ice cream? That makes no sense to me.

I’ve been here a handful of times and usually enjoy the experience. Their menu is expansive and everything I’ve tried had been delicious. However, the young lady that helped me this afternoon was incredibly rude! She grew impatient when I asked for samples because I wanted to try new flavors. It was a bit embarrassing because I also decided to bring my mom along this time for her first experience. The young lady snapped at us and said “this will be your last sample!”. I actually ended up getting almost every flavor I sampled. She then rushed us to the cash register and proceeded to apologize to the customers after us for the wait, as if we weren’t waiting before we were eventually served ourselves! The desserts are excellent, but this young lady ruined today’s experience. We almost walked out without finishing our order. She needs a lesson on proper customer service!

My wife and I have enjoy La Michocana ice cream parlor of their many kind of ice cream and other items. We have been to different La Michocana some of their interior different from others. La Michocana have become very popular.

We got the Vitality and “Anti-Fat” juices and they were DELICIOUS. It took a while to come out but it was worth it because they were incredibly fresh and obviously came from real ingredients with no canned pineapple or anything like that. The popsicles are also fresh, handmade, and the best in LA! The avocado one was actually made with just avocado and milk and tasted so fresh I couldn’t believe it.
