Our experience at this Cracker barrel was slightly below expectations. We were seated promptly and drink order taken within a reasonable amount of time. After receiving drinks we ordered food and this is where the experience tends to miss the mark. Never were we offered refills on our drinks while we waited. The food took about 25 minutes to come out, in which it was simple breakfast food, so one would think it wouldn't take very long to make. We did not visit during peak hours either. After receiving food, pancakes were cool and flat but everything else was okay. Not great but not bad. We were never asked if we needed anything else. Never offered a refill. And the waitress never came back to ask if the food was good. Could be a really nice spot on par with other Cracker barrels we have visited but the service on table side seems lacking. Front register and seating service had much better performance.

First time eatting from this location. Worst food I have ever had from cracker barrel. I ordered the food for pickup and the order updated that it would be ready a little after 4pm. It was 45 minutes. Figured they were busy but when I arrived there were only around 10 vehicles there and some were large RVs that took up multiple parking spots or sticking out into the driveway. Was very disappointed with the food. Dumplings were a yellow color. Food tasted like it was leftovers from another day. Have never had this from this franchise. Not sure if it's just this location but will not order from this location again.

I have not been to a Cracker Barrel since my days in the Army 30 years ago. On a positive note, nothing has changed! Still the great Southern Charm, friendly waitress (McAnna in our case), generous portions, tasty Southern Cookin!

We always eat at this location coming home from vacation and the food has always been good. But this time it was a different story. First of all the host that was seating us had just started working there three days ago and nobody was traning her she was nervous and finally when someone came up front they were very rude to her. We were finally seated after waiting 25 minutes. We waited forever before our waitress arrived because she was too busy taking care of a party of twenty.
She finally came and took our order and it took 35 minutes for us to get our food. She told my granddaughter that she would bring her biscuits as soon as they came out of the oven. She never got her biscuits but the party of twenty was served 6 baskets of biscuits. My other granddaughter never received her milk and her bacon was barely cooked. Our service could have been better if the employees would do their jobs instead of standing around and talking. We were there for one hour and a half when we should have been there for thirty to forty minutes. What a waste of time and money. We should have left after seeing how the new employee was being treated!!

Two great experiences. We ate here on the way down to Florida and now on the way back and had great experiences both times. Amazing food and services. Deanna was especially accommodating on our pick up order. Will def be back! Nice location next to Tesla supercharger. Thank u all

Our waitress was great! The best part of our visit. Green beans, carrots, corn bread, and biscuits were great and hot. My order was wrong, but was compensated with what I ordered initially...but it was also not garnished properly. If a customer orders a premium side it should have all the toppings with it or it isn't worth the extra price. Hashbrown casserole was Luke warm and potatoes were still only half cooked. Meatloaf was room temperature. Husband and son's sweet teas tasted bad and had to be swapped for something else. What is going on? The only great experience we have had in the past 3-6mo has been breakfast service during the week!!! Greenville Cracker Barrel needs to step up their game.

This was a wonderful place. Waitress was very friendly and made sure we were happy and asked if we needed anything else. Food was well worth every penny. Love looking at the antique things around the place. Best place I've ever eaten at.

The cracker barrel was not as clean as we are use to and the bathrooms smelled and definitley needed an upgrade. Toilets were so low to the floor that you had to practically sit on the floor. Would have been nice to install some hand bars for safety.
