We stayed here for a night as it was on our way. The bed sheets were super soft and comfortable and made for an excellent night of sleep. Breakfast had waffles as option which I liked. The front desk was helpful when asked

Figured we would give them another shot since I was told they were under new management. Biggest mistake ever. The entire place is sketchy, the staff is rude and untrained. Tried to check out at 8:50 AM and was told "I can't, my manager will be in later to do it". They also give only 2 towels per room (even a double queen room that sleeps 4, and when you ask for extras they act like its the worlds biggest inconvenience) but make sure you don't use them, they'll say you stained them and charge you $25. And you won't get your receipt! Never again.

Stayed here for one night regretted it after we walked in the door. Was given an email when room was booked said check in time was 12pm went in at 1pm to check in was told it was gonna be a $20 charge to check in at that time showed email then was told ok no charge then. Went back to car to get luggage walked to a door to go to room had dog feces on sidewalk go to room walk in an stuck to the floor and the smell was horrific had to go buy febreeze to help with the smell. The room lamp shades we filthy, the base and neck if the lamp were dirty with sticky brown stuff the shower curtain was either stained or still dirty. And then to top it off they fabricated pictures to keep my deposit. When called out on why they kept it they sent videos of a room with towels that were dirty I told them that wasn't my room because the coffee pot was on the other side of the sink asked when the pictures were taken was told one day which was the day after we checked out told them we checked out the day before then the story changed to the day we checked out. Was given an email address to sent a message to still waiting to hear back from them. Stay at your own risk definitely take video of everything when you leave.

Sadly this Cozy Inn is unkept, very outdated, and my room was only "surface clean".
The only staff member who was friendly and seems to know what she's doing is the young lady who works the desk during the day.
I took pictures of filthy corners in the bathroom. A missing heat bulb, could see right up into the ceiling.
I really regretted paying for 3 nights before seeing the room.

The staff is extremely rude and the guy from the front desk opened my door to the room while my wife was getting dressed and when I went out and asked him why he opened my door and what he needed his response was oh I thought you guys weren't in the room right now. Which was not a good answer if you ask me so I asked again and he said it clear as day I thought you went out maybe to the mall across the street. I wouldnt recommend staying here at all

Fraudulent cleaners accusing us of smoking in the room and covering smoke detector. We don't smoke. Never stay here again and would not advise the trouble of dealing with fraudulent charges. Recommend to stay else where.

STAY AWAYYYY!!!
You will NOT get your deposit back.
A lot of people did not.
complaints have been filed. They DONT care.
Do your self a favor, stay in your car if you have to.

Our stay there was very pleasant, enjoyed the breakfast, and that they had laundry facilities, and also the location was very convenient. Will stay there again.
