I pulled up at 8am and was the only car there. The barista was more interested on what was on her phone than acknowledging me. Finally after waiting I honked my horn and she looked at me like I was bothering her. Her tone of voice also conveyed her irritation with me. I told her this was my first time there and asked for a suggestion. She said “I don’t know what you like”. At this point I should have driven away. But I wanted to taste the coffee. So I ordered a simple drink and it was hot but the flavor was just ok. I will not be returning.

Good drinks but I sat in line for over 15 minutes while she bs’d with her friend in the car ahead of me. To the point I had other people come and go on the other side. That is outrageous. Probably won’t come back just due to no regard for peoples time. Given it’s a drive thru coffee stand- people are usually in a hurry.

Every time I come here my coffee taste like watered down. I just came through and got two coffees and asked for Carmel drizzle and didn’t even get it man do better I only stop here when I’m in a rush and just need a coffee and idk why I do bc it disappoints EVERYTIME.

Morning girl is snobby! If you ask for a drink that you’re not familiar with but willing to try something different and if it’s not exactly as you thought but want to make your order a bit different, you’ll get a snobby attitude from her. Otherwise it’s okay. Don’t even question or ask for any changes you’ll be treated like your the problem 🙄 don’t be in customer service and food industry if you don’t understand patience and understanding is apart of that “customer service” mindset.

The drive up window is available on both sides. The customer service is fantastic. I asked for little ice and actually got little ice. Most places still fill the cup up with Ice. So when I finally get a chance to finish the drink it would be all water. Cowgirls has never disappointed me.

We use to spend over $300 a month here. Always an attitude at the window. When my order was messed up, she didn’t believe and I had to show pictures. If I spend that much on coffee a month and you see us daily, it should not been a shake down for a replacement cup. Customer service is horrible
