Easy to access from the freeway. Free parking. Nice staff. Big rooms that were pretty clean except for random ants that appeared in the bathroom on our last day. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfy. The TV had streaming apps including free HBO max. I wish they had free water bottles in the room though and their hair dryers could be replaced with newer ones.

Best place to stay in Temecula! All the staff is nice and welcoming always trying to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant has good food and wine. The gym is great. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Temecula.

Do NOT leave anything behind, especially of value. You will not get it back. We called within 2 hours of leaving, and no help at all. Then management just said "it's not there". Our items are now pinging at a local residence in the area. I told them, and "crickets". Police are involved, but cannot do anything unless we go back. We live too far. Management is horrible. Working with corporate, and having challenges there too.

We came in to inquire about the rooftop bar and the lady was telling us it was closed or had no determined date to be open, but it was in an incredibly rude way. We had to ask her four times before she expressed clearly the situation with zero patience or courtesy given.
As a platinum member I sure hope this local spot provides better service than this…

It's a Marriott, so a nice hotel. Pretty sure they said they are an ''eco'' hotel on check in, whatever that means. OK - great. ||Got to room - freezing!! Guess was prepared during warm part of day and aircon left on (not very eco!!!). Arrived at night.. felt SO cold! Set to heat and after some time, felt better. ||Never mind re-using towels, the problem is usually just that there is nowhere to dry them, if more than one person in the room. This was a 2 person stay. This was ok... space for 2 larger towels on the single rail, IF both folded in half. Hand towel soaked from washing long hair, over shower curtain rail... but hotels please, if you want us to re-use, provide adequate drying space for how many people can use the room!! ||NO service - guess part of ''eco'' too. So room never tidied, trash never taken. There is coffee left for one day, so you have to ask for next day and next day etc. OK, can ask of course, just wish they'd at least replenish this as standard for each day of your stay - they make the guest run around... all for $200 a night 😉 No water or anything in the fridge - again - you can ask = buy. ||Shame that rate doesn't include replenished water and coffee, and also breakfast. You can order and pay for breakfast at onsite mini Starbucks (no thanks) or get an actual breakfast at Denny's, just down the road 😉 ||Wifi worked throughout so that is real helpful and appreciated. ||Lobby space was nice - seating by the Starbucks and booths and and other spaces around the other side too. ||Only saw outdoor pool/jacuzzi - nothing indoors?||Room was nicely done - This was a 2 queen bed room. ||Rooms seemed pretty soundproof - you'd hear people in the corridor at times, but were not aware of sound from adjacent rooms, so that was great.||Bathroom provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. No moisturizer. Tissues - but again you'd need to ask if ran out. Hairdryer provided also. ||Lamp in corner over comfy chair, wasn't working. ||No safe. ||Several hangers, 2 large drawers, 2 small drawers. ||Fridge, coffee machine. ||Lots of sockets and USB points. ||Some lighting was dimmable which was nice. ||Check out smooth, although didn't bother to ask how the stay was or thank us for staying... and there are a lot of other hotel options available. ||So it was good, but some improvements would be make it great, and would be expected to be found really, for the $rate charged.

Stayed during a tournament weekend and hotel was outrageously overpriced (~$400/night). Our room was dark, grey and frankly depressing. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the living room didn’t have a sofa bed just oddly placed weird furnishings. Decor was really dull and odd.

Sheets were yellowed and dingy.

Would not stay again, even at a lower rate.

Rooms are great 👍🏻
The front desk team member was awesome.
The lady that ran the bar/restaurant was always hard to track down. The front desk person had to go find her nearly every time I wanted to order something.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Very large hotel and not very crowded at the time. It was quiet and had a comfortable bed. The location was great and had a lot of nearby spots for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Met all the basics here…but just a few things I noticed during my stay.
-Bathroom didn’t have working hair dryer
-No lotion provided in bathroom
-Walls in room & bathroom had chipping / needed touch ups
-The exterior window was rather dirty from the outside
