Excellent Service and Memorable Stay:

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. As an Executive Elite member, I was kindly upgraded to a Spa King Suite, which was a fantastic addition to our trip.

I had informed the hotel at the time of booking that it was my wife’s birthday, and the staff made sure to make it special. They prepared a birthday card signed by all the staff members, along with some goodies. The thoughtful gesture, complete with personal wishes, made my wife so happy—it was such a sweet touch!

The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool or gym during our stay.

One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast options or adjust the coupon system, as the provided coupons were insufficient for one person.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience! A big thank you to the hotel staff for their exceptional service and for making our stay truly memorable.

Decided to upgrade to a suite for a two night stay. Room was very outdated with stains, carpet coming up, well worn furniture. AC unit sounded like a 747 flying over the place. Upon check out the updated folio was sent to me with a $12 charge for water. $12 isn’t a lot of money but considering I never consumed water in the room I consider this rather sketchy and assume it happens a lot with folks here. Keep an eye on your final bill if you elect to stay here.

My five star review is from 5 years of staying at this property multiple times per year. The staff and management here have always been friendly and accommodating. In the face of a hotel full of youth hockey and baseball players and chaperones they have down well to keep a regular like me out of the zone of chaos. The lobby bar doesn’t stay open late enough and have from time to time pulled last call more than 40 min before advertised closing time. The rooms are a bit dated but always clean. Consistency in being good is the main reason for my review.

Service from Olivia and her crews was on top. I needed some help looking for a private meeting room for my interviews. And it was quite a quick notice. But they helped me get a room for my interviews. Also, the location of this hotel is pretty good (especially getting to I-5 or 405 highway). Thanks Olivia and hotel crews again!

This is great value and great location. Rooms are so so, but they have everything you need. You can get nicer if you want to spend an extra $150 a night in Seattle, but this is just a 20 min drive outside and saves you a lot of money for a short drive. You'll definitely hear the highway in the rooms so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. They have a pool and a small cafe style place, free Wi-Fi. Staff are friendly. Rooms are basic but clean. You can sign into your own Netflix for the TVs.

Clean, comfortable, good location. Terrible pillows but every hotel is the same, so it wasn't a surprise. Older building so it's showing it's age. HVAC in the room was very noisy when it kicked it. Woke me and my wife up during the night.
I would stay here again.

For the price you pay, it's excellent value.

This is not a brand new shiny hotel, nor is it fancy, nor do you get great food for free.

There is a bar and a cafe and a restaurant with medium food.

HOWEVER, the front desk staff were super friendly (should out to Edward) and helpful, and the gym, indoor pool/spa, parking, and proximity to light rail were all great.

For what you are paying, you are getting a decent room, very well situated, and with staff who care about your wellbeing.
