Had trouble locating our reservation, the "pool" was a joke - we reserved expecting a pool and were deeply disappointed (small, shallow, dirty, no hot tub, evidence of filled tub - sad, gloomy). Construction was right next to us, staff was impersonal, uncaring, clueless with the exception of a lovely Hispanic lady, who appeared together, competent and with it (sharp contrast to her colleagues). Will be looking for alternatives.

Staff down to the person was friendly and accommodating. We liked the location, the view of the river and easy to reach river walk (you can watch the water fowl come and go for hours)..and the comfort of the room. We requested a king room that was quiet, with a view, and that's exactly what we got. It's a good value. We liked the breakfast staff, the bartender, the front desk staff . Housekeeping was superb and our room was spotlessly clean.

Location was right on a small lake which had several restaurants you could walk to along the lake. Beautiful setting with nice view of the lake from our upgraded room. Breakfast was great from the Bistro and we were comped $10 each and any coffee drink each.

My husband and I attended his work Christmas party this weekend (12/7/24) in the event room, and I just wanted to give a shoutout to three amazing staff members! First, Karmen! She is so kind and genuine! A true gem! Next, Evan! Funny, poised and charming! And last but not least Kamden! (I’m so sorry if I misspelled your name). So polite and sincere! Both he and Evan worked the floor beautifully! Front desk and security/maintenance, housekeeping I’m grateful for all your friendly faces! Oh and to the bartender in the cafe, I want to apologize for my husband. He thinks he is funny but can come off rude sometimes. Don't worry I gave him an earful when we got home. Thank you Marriott for a lovely evening!

Great view and very friendly staff! We loved the breakfast and coffee restaurant on the premises! The rooms stayed nice and cold! Loved the small Juliet balcony, would have preferred to be able to sit on a balcony. I would stay again just for the fun vibe of the area

I had to call the hotel to see if i could get an early check-in since i was arriving way sooner than expected. I spoke with Jana who looked up availability and she said there was a room available for me! i arrived shortly after my call and she was there to check me in. It was a super easy and smooth check-in process. She was thourough and told me about all the amenities, and what the Bistro hours are. |Initial impression of the room was good. The beds seemed really tall/high but they were fine. I did like the pull out desk and was able to utilize that while working from the room. |After an evening business meeting/dinner at Anthony's I came back to the hotel and wanted a glass of wine, so i stopped at the bistro and ordered a glass of rose. i ended up sitting at the bar area since it was later and wasn't busy. Rebecka, who was the bartender, struck up a conversation with me while she was busy doing all her work. we ended up chatting for a good hour, while i had another glass of wine. She was super awesome, had great stories, listened to my stories, all while cleaning the place and prepping it for the morning crew. i wanted to give her a shout-out for being so great. |The rest of the stay was fine. The bed was comfortable. It was a quiet hotel! The checkout process in the morning was smooth.

Loved this location, right on the water. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were standard Marriott, well appointed and clean. Nice evening lounge and lobby. Parking and check in was a breeze. Only reason for four stars is availability of coffee and breakfast stuff in the morning. I feel like for a $200 basic room you shouldn’t have to wait until 7 o’clock to get something. Ended up taking kids to Starbucks since we had to leave early. Also the hot tub was out of commission while we were here, which I’m sure was a temporary thing, but nonetheless bummer for the kids.
