We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, the pillows and sheets had a fresh, pleasant scent. It was also very quiet, which allowed me to get a restful night’s sleep.

However, there are a couple of downsides. The parking fee is charged daily, which was a bit of an inconvenience, especially since the parking is not covered and is just outside the hotel. Additionally, the carpet in the hallways could definitely use some cleaning; it had an unpleasant smell and appeared dirty.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott from December 12 to December 27 and had a fantastic experience!

The Double Queen Bed Room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. It even came with a microwave and a bathtub, which added to the comfort and convenience.

Parking was never an issue, with ample space available and several EV charging stations on-site. The parking fee is very reasonable at just $18 per night.

The location is unbeatable! There are numerous points of interest and a wide variety of dining options within close proximity, making everything so accessible.

The price per night is also very affordable, especially considering all the amenities and the excellent location.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Rude and unhelpful service. I have never dealt with such a bad customer service before.
We had problems with our reservation and they didn't even bother trying to help us figure things out or make things easier understanding the situation.
Also, the room was not ready when we got there at night and we had to prepare the sofa-bed ourselves. We didn't have sheets for the sofa-bed or towels for everyone and we had to come downstairs THREE times before they even bothered providing us with some.
The location is quite good, but I wouldn't recomend staying here with such a bad behavior towards customers.

We stayed here for just one night before our flight the next day. Overall, the stay was fine.

Positives:
• The room was spacious, modern, and high-quality.
• The bathroom was nice and well-equipped.

Negatives:
• The bathroom fan ran all night, which was a bit annoying.
• The bathroom only had a sliding door, which offered limited privacy.
• The smoke detector made regular beeping sounds, which disturbed our sleep.

For a one-night stay, it worked well, but we wouldn’t stay here for a longer visit.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The rooms were not cleaned. I had a connecting room with 1 king, and 2 queens. The 1 king room appears to have the sheets changed, but the bathroom was never cleaned. In 2 queen room, nothing in the room was touched since the last guest. There were blood stains on one of the beds. I brought this to the front desk’s attention and was told manager will not be in until 7:30am but will relay this information over and manager will get back to me. I even emailed the manager as recommended by front desk but have not heard anything back. Not changing bed sheets between guests is never acceptable. I am beyond disgusted.

UPDATE: Manager worked with me and refunded me the room due to this incident.

Positive: The walls between the rooms seemed to do a good job at preventing or miminizing sound transfer from another room. I could only hear people in the hallways. The staff at the front desk were courteous and seemed well-trained. Negative: The snacks were very limited. There were no hygeine or OTC products available for purchase. The Bistro wasn't run very well. Most restaurants nearby closed at 9 and most were unknown. I found toenail clippings and coffee splattered on the wall.

The hotel was nice, but the provided service is what went above and beyond our expectations. A HUGE shoutout to Kendall for helping out our company in a pinch. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and we are so grateful. Due to Kendall's efforts, our company has continued to book this hotel for our future lodging needs. Thanks again!

Pleasantly surprised with the common areas here. I loved the outdoor fire tables and the pool. I wished they left the fire on past 10 pm on the weekends though.

Breakfast was not included in our reservation which was disappointing but the service seemed really slow so I got over it quickly. They have Starbucks coffee and pastries to buy and have a bar for the evenings.

Rooms are basic and could use a deep clean if I were being picky. It wasn't anything that grossed me out terribly though. Mostly lint and dust in the corners and there were food crumbs in the pull out.

The beds were rock hard and not comfortable at all. Thermostat was a little buggy but we got the hang of it. I'd say the room was great for the price we paid especially during a holiday stay. The hotel is very accessible just a few minutes away from everything. There is a Tesla Supercharger on site! Win!

Refrigerator is super tiny! Don't try to store leftovers.

The staff here was amazing. Always happy, always so helpful. Lovely group of people!

I look forward to our next stay!
